This place is super generous with their portions. Great thing is that the food is also really delicious. Chicken katsu is juicy inside and crunchy outside. Fish katsu was alright. Curry is delicious.

Love love coming to Kazu Mori for dinner. Their prices may seem a bit steep (average ~$17.5 for a plate) but their portions are HUGE. I always the chicken curry and its always more than enough to feed 2 people. The chicken curry plate comes with a generous portion of chicken katsu, rice, salad, soup, curry, and katsu sauce. I kinda wished they would give a little more rice but delicious flavors overall nonetheless. Some tips: - they do NOT provide free water, but they sell bottles water for $2 - right now you can get 20% on chicken curry or cheese katsu when you check in on yelp - order ahead using yelp order online feature

This is a small, family owned and operated shop located inside the local H-Mart. I'm literally eating my food as I type this. It's so freakin' delicious and as of right now has become my go-to spot for chicken katsu. I'm so happy I could come by and support this small family owned business, especially during COVID when they need it the most. I can taste the love in the food. The chicken is thick and yet perfectly crispy on the outside, and the amount of food they give you for the cheap price is insane. The two people working today were so nice that they actually made my day. Thank you for such wholesome, yummy food, and the kindness I experienced today! I will be back!

Located inside H Mart grocery store, Kazu Nori is truly a hidden gem. They serve various types of katsu and curry katsu in generous portions at a very affordable price. Mozzarella cheese wrapped in a thin layer of pork katsu, what more could you want This dish is made for a true cheese lover as it's probably 80% mozzarella cheese, so be prepared for a cheese overload if you're planning to try this dish! Curry Pork: I was really excited to try the Curry Pork. Curry katsu is one of my favorite comfort foods and this place definitely fulfilled my cravings! I love how they package the curry on the side so that the pork stays nice and crispy! The curry is super flavorful and the pork is juicy and crispy. The perfect combination. When I received my food I had no idea how big the portions would be, especially for the curry pork. The curry pork was packed full of delicious pork katsu. Each meal comes with cabbage salad, miso soup, and rice. Talk about making your money's worth LOCATION: This location of place is so perfect because you could go to H-Mart, place your order at Kazu Nori, do a bit of grocery shopping/ just explore the market, and come back to pick up your food once it's done! After success with the jajiang noodles, I had to try the stall right next door. Inside the fantastic Hmart market, is Kazu Mori. I’d say Katsu is there specialty with pork and chicken. I had the pork tonkatsu with curry. Huge portions and so good. I actually thought I was a bit pricey bit after I saw the quality and portions, I reconsider. Also, not a Bricks and mortar saves a bit. I think the key is to get a bunch of people and order two or three items from each stall. The choice are fantastic.

One of my top favorite katsu places in so cal. Everything seems fresh and the portions are huge. It's located inside HMart. Plenty of parking. The staffs are nice and friendly. Usually there is a wait but you can order ahead with phone order to save some time. Will definitely be back. And there are other food spots around which makes it even better. There are some tables you can eat inside. The katsu is moist and crunchy and wasn't dry. The sauce is also flavorful. Comes with sides and even soup. A local hidden gem for sure.

The chicken katsu was really good! We called ahead to pick up, and the food was still hot when we got home. We look forward to coming back. The portions are crazy big, it’s going to take some time to finish this plate.
