I
have
had
mostly
good
experiences
up
until
a
recent
visit
with
a
new
Dr.
This
location
is
getting
one
star
because
I
complete
the
after
visit
surveys
every
time
I
seen
a
Dr
here.
After
completing
a
survey
with
a
positive
review,
there
is
a
prompt
that
states
something
to
the
effect
of
"your
honest
feedback
is
important
to
us"
and
a
request
to
click
to
publish
the
review
on
their
webpage
and
a
link
to
put
the
review
on
google
and
(I
believe)
yelp
as
well.
I
had
a
very
bad
experience
last
week
with
a
new
Dr
&
just
completed
the
post
visit
survey.
The
message
I
rec'd
after
submitting
the
survey
was
"we're
sorry
to
hear
about
your
experience.
Management
will
be
in
contact
with
you
shortly".
(paraphrasing)
I
did
not
have
the
option
to
submit
my
honest
review
on
their
website
nor
on
google.
So
I
came
here
to
advise
you
all
that
they
only
publish
good
reviews.
Be
wary,
there
is
one
Dr
in
particular
that
is
bad,
and
based
on
what
I
mentioned
above,
you
will
never
see
a
negative
review
of
her.
Memorial
Care,
do
better.
You
need
to
allow
people
to
publish
their
honest
reviews
regardless
of
them
being
positive
or
negative.
You
are
misleading
patients
and
although
many
companies
resort
to
this
type
of
biased
feedback,
publishing
only
the
positive
experiences,
I
expect
more
from
a
health
care
organization.
Additionally,
you
force
people
to
wear
masks
but
you
allow
actively
sick
and
contagious
front
desk
staff
to
work
around
patients
in
the
waiting
room.
During
both
of
my
last
2
visits,
one
in
November
and
one
last
week,
I
noticed
while
waiting
for
my
name
to
be
called
that
there
was
a
front
desk
employee
sneezing,
coughing
and
blowing
her
nose!
You
are
a
healthcare
facility,
your
sick
employees
need
to
GO
HOME
or
be
put
in
a
back
room
to
work
away
from
the
public.
