I have been going to the laser clinic since 2017. I have always had good service until the last time I was there on 09/06/21. I was extremely disappointed because, firstly, when I started, the girl was in the room while I was changing. I told her could she please go outside until I changed, she replied, I’m going to do Brazilian so I’m going to see it anyway. I felt so intimidated and violated to change while some random people were in the same room. But I just want it to be done as quick as possible. But never in my life have staff been in the room while the customer is changing. Secondly when she’s about to start doing the laser treatment she asked me “when did you have a shower last night or this morning?” Would you like to wash? Actually I was washing before but I replied her I can wash it because I just finished work then she left the room and tell me to use the soap the towel and the wet tissue that they provided in the room. Then I took the paper towel to use it press on the soap bottle then she “rolled her eyes” and said I told you to use wet tissue first then soap then paper towel then pointing and say one two three one two three then pointed at the cleaning products. She said, “Understand?” It’s SO RUDE. I feel so horrible. I don’t know how she been training but from my experience this is the worse service that I have been ever get from beauty clinic. I don’t really know how you treat other people in but I recommend you to save your disgusting behaviour to yourself no one deserves to be treated like that. I give some stars because most of staffs there are nice especially Elle, Jesse, Pra and nurse. I have been there since 2017 on and off did laser and injection. And I will not returning there again due to this disgusting experience. I suggest you do something about this staff as she is rude, offensive, arrogant and reflects poorly on your business.

Had a treatment with Belgian dude with French accent. He applied a sunscreen which hid my redness after LED treatment. I was very happy he did that. I understand that I will need a couple more treatments before redness is completely gone as I just recovered from the flu which affected my immunity. I am happy that Thomas explained this to me and I feel more optimistic about my skin recovery. The staff here at the CBD branch are always professional and very knowledgeable about skin recovery.

Carra provided amazing care. She discussed the fat-freeze process with me and listened to my concerns. She made sure I understood the post procedure steps, and what I needed to hold myself accountable for. During the procedure, she checked up on me regularly and addressed all concerns. I recommend Cara as your technician, especially if it's your first time. She makes you feel comfortable and does not pressure you into anything.

She really listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly making you feel that she cares about you. The entire treatment was very pleasant and comfortable, even the aftercare. My faith has been restored! I had a great experience regarding a skin treatment I had with Thomas. He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable and considerate. He had my best interest at heart as he didn't rush the treatment (unlike some other clinics that put importance over money than offering a good service). I've been a customer since 2018 and had experienced some unsatisfactory behaviour 1-1.5 years ago which made me decide to finish my prepaid sessions and not come back. I've been coming to Evolution Laser Clinic Sydney for just over 3 years now. I've always felt very comfortable and welcome in their lovely, peaceful rooms. Nothing is too much trouble, and any question answered patiently. I've tried various cosmetic treatments, including lip enhancements and complexion treatments with good results that look natural, leaving me looking more refreshed and feeling more confident. Excellent service, highly recommended.

A special shout out to Francisca, who has been my therapist for a few months now. I first met Francisca during a laser appointment. She was super down to earth and friendly, whilst being professional and I felt comfortable to raise my skincare concerns with her. I mentioned that I was experiencing dry/dull skin and she recommended that I try micro needling and LED light. I was hesitant at first because of previous micro needling experiences, but Francisca assured me that I would benefit from needling and that she would be my therapist for the needling session to ensure that I had a comfortable experience. True to her word, I absolutely loved the needling session and saw an immediate glow. Francisca was also very patient and gentle and ensured that I experienced minimal discomfort during the session. Francisca also recommended a hydrating serum and an enzyme peel which has significantly reduced my skin’s dryness and has also helped maintain the results of needling. If you are new to ELC, I definitely recommend that you contact Francisca for your skin care needs as she has numerous years of experience in the industry and knows which treatments will enhance your skin!
