Grace was really amazing with her sessions and preciseness on the laser treatment. Had a wonderful experience with Jess also. Both are experienced and skilled and know what they are doing.

I have been doing laser with them last two years and i had the worst service on thursday the 14th june2022. i book for brazelian, underarms and face. The girl who helped me to do the service was unprofessional and didn do the job well. When I asked that she missed few spots on my face then she replied i have already covered it. Rest of the laser session was the same, she missed on few spots and she didnt bother at all. Felt the way she treated me was rude. if i calculate then will be paying almost $80 for each session after discount and didnt get any service, a bad experience instead. very unsatisfied with the service. poor customer service and zero value for money.

My experience with Neveen was amazing during my laser hair removal session. She was so lovely & sweet, super fast AND incredibly thorough. I've had negative/average experiences in the past at other clinics so I was quite blown away by the service I received today, in the best way possible xx

i had laser on my face done by Walaa at mq! i get it done quite often, and it’s usually good. However, in my time in this time i was with Walaa for the first time, i really appreciate her patience with the process and asking and double checking with me the exact areas. it felt like she was really looking out for me! she did parts of my neck to even it out without me having to ask. i really enjoyed the quiet and calm service. thankyou Walaa :)

It's always exciting to come into Evolution Laser at Macquarie because I know I'll be well taken care of. The ladies here are always so nice and provide me with such relevant information tailored for my hair and skin. Notable mention to Jess who provides some of the best and friendly service where when my session is up, it feels a little sad because we still have so many topics to just talk about :P Highly recommend. Since the owner take over I have become obsessed with ELC Macquarie Park, all of the staff are always so friendly, Nurse Nina is an absolute god send when it comes to cosmetic injectables & her bed side manner is out of this world!! The girls at Elc keep me coming back time and time again. :)

Had RF Skin Resurfacing and injectable treatments done here. I was made to feel very comfortable and calm during my resurfacing treatment. I had the process explained to me in an informative way and performed by knowledgeable staff who tailored my result for my skin type. My injectable treatment was fairly straightforward and has definitely given me my desired look. The injector was highly understanding of my ideal outcome and perfectly followed through. All staff I had interacted with were warming and friendly.

I'm quite sure it was for an 'emergency', as I had completely forgotten about an upcoming event lol-and with many more forgotten events yet to come-the convenience, effectiveness and professionalism of such a truly warm and welcoming salon is something I didn't expect when I first turned up in a semi-frazzled state, and something I continue to enjoy many years later. If your looking for lasting and effective results from salon services, I can assure you that there's good reason I now travel a fair distance with a recent injury to come back. I've found the services provided to not only work with long term and stable results, but that these services are always delivered by warm, friendly and talented women who take the time to ensure you feel comfortable, knowledgeable of your treatment, and honestly the best attention to minor detail you will find. They go out of there way here to ensure you have enjoyable and comfortable experience, and it's lovely to feel a little indulgent whilst you're there, and a little more indulgent after the results kick in :).

Made an online booking for the 6/7/23 at around 4pm for a hydrodermabrasion around 1-2 weeks in advance and was never contacted about a confirmation. Not sure what the point of using their booking system online is if it isn’t utilised properly and it’s such a shame given the good reviews of this particular branch.

My experience with Evolution Macquarie centre has been great till date. Walaa is great at what she does. She takes extra care to make me comfortable during the laser hair removal session. She is good with facials too and answers all my skin care queries and questions and explains the nuances. Special shoutout for Walaa for excellent customer service.

Managed to get good deals due to the Christmas specials. This was my first time doing laser hair removal. Jess was very professional and explained everything in the initial consultation. She put me at ease and answered my questions. The treatment itself was quick and pain free. The place is clean and tidy.
