👍👍 I've been diving with Ocean Addicts since I got certified with them over 10 years ago. Alberto and Juan Carlos are super trustworthy and always accomodating to their customers. We had a great day exploring Tarifa's beautiful Marine Park. The boat is fun and with plenty space, very comfortable. Ryan... My recent experience with this diving shop left me with a generally positive impression. I embarked on a two dives with them, and for the most part, the organization and arrangements were commendable. The staff seemed knowledgeable and committed to ensuring a smooth diving experience. However, a minor setback was encountered when I noticed that some of the equipment provided was worn. Yet, upon addressing this concern with the staff, they promptly replaced the equipment without any hesitation. This proactive response to my request demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Me and my husband came to the school for Diving. We are PADI-certified divers. Since the course, we dived in a few different places around the world and never had any problems. While preparing the equipment there was an issue with the belt of BCD holding the tank. The instructor had trouble figuring out how to properly close the clasp. Some other instructor from different diving school came around and helped with it. During our first dive (more difficult conditions underwater) almost everything was fine. I was given not enough ballast so at the beginning I couldn't go down, but the instructor helped out and it was fine. Later on during the dive the additional ballast somehow dropped out of my BCD, happily it didn't cause any troubles and I was able to stay under the water. During the second dive, there was an issue with the tank again. I asked for help while changing the tank on the boat but still when I went under the water the tank was loose. I asked my instructor for help and he managed to put it again. Unfortunately after a while I felt that again the tank is not still and really hurting my back, making it impossible for me to balance my body properly. The group was 5 people and the instructor was at the front, what more I was extremely cold, but nothing could be done about it, so it was nobody's fault. Because of discomfort somehow I couldn't go further down to follow the group, maybe it's also because of the lost ballast at the previous dive. What's more, I was wearing a new type of jacket and I don't know maybe somehow because of the distress with the tank I pressed to wrong button on the west and added some air, I started going up and couldn't do anything about it. It was a really scary experience that I feel wouldn't happen if the tank was correctly attached to my BCD. As mentioned before I didn't have any troubles during the first dive... I think the school should pay more attention to checking each diver before going into the water it takes 1 minute and could prevent such issues.

From the start all the way through to the end, we felt welcome. All the staff are friendly and professional. Making you feel safe. Having seen the biggest Octopus, the biggest spider crab, and the legendary Giant Lobster, as well as the beautiful nudibranchs, we can say, we will be coming back. Thank you to everyone involved for making this an awesome experience.

Did one of my first dives with them as an OpenWater Diver and I had a great experience! safety first, calm and fun environment. Dive master Ryan was extremely caring and reassuring, making sure that every single person gets the most out of the dive. He also showed us some hidden eels and crabs, and some general diving tips. Very much recommended!

Went there at 9:00, having paid and filled out the forms two days before. A double boat dive was 65 euros and full equipment rental 20. Communication via WhatsApp. We took a rib boat to Tarifa Island and dived at two buoys. The dive master spoke good English and was very helpful and competent. I wish they sent all the requirements and forms to fill at the start before payment, not one after another after payment, which creates uncertainty.

Consisting of peak buoyancy and advanced equipment use aswell as a drift dive, wreck dive and a Deep dive (which had another shipwreck :) )my instructor Ryan was very professional and made me feel confident and safe whilst diving to depths new to me. Never had any issues with equipment and will definitely be going back again
