Me
and
my
husband
came
to
the
school
for
Diving.
We
are
PADI-certified
divers.
Since
the
course,
we
dived
in
a
few
different
places
around
the
world
and
never
had
any
problems.
While
preparing
the
equipment
there
was
an
issue
with
the
belt
of
BCD
holding
the
tank.
The
instructor
had
trouble
figuring
out
how
to
properly
close
the
clasp.
Some
other
instructor
from
different
diving
school
came
around
and
helped
with
it.
During
our
first
dive
(more
difficult
conditions
underwater)
almost
everything
was
fine.
I
was
given
not
enough
ballast
so
at
the
beginning
I
couldn't
go
down,
but
the
instructor
helped
out
and
it
was
fine.
Later
on
during
the
dive
the
additional
ballast
somehow
dropped
out
of
my
BCD,
happily
it
didn't
cause
any
troubles
and
I
was
able
to
stay
under
the
water.
During
the
second
dive,
there
was
an
issue
with
the
tank
again.
I
asked
for
help
while
changing
the
tank
on
the
boat
but
still
when
I
went
under
the
water
the
tank
was
loose.
I
asked
my
instructor
for
help
and
he
managed
to
put
it
again.
Unfortunately
after
a
while
I
felt
that
again
the
tank
is
not
still
and
really
hurting
my
back,
making
it
impossible
for
me
to
balance
my
body
properly.
The
group
was
5
people
and
the
instructor
was
at
the
front,
what
more
I
was
extremely
cold,
but
nothing
could
be
done
about
it,
so
it
was
nobody's
fault.
Because
of
discomfort
somehow
I
couldn't
go
further
down
to
follow
the
group,
maybe
it's
also
because
of
the
lost
ballast
at
the
previous
dive.
What's
more,
I
was
wearing
a
new
type
of
jacket
and
I
don't
know
maybe
somehow
because
of
the
distress
with
the
tank
I
pressed
to
wrong
button
on
the
west
and
added
some
air,
I
started
going
up
and
couldn't
do
anything
about
it.
It
was
a
really
scary
experience
that
I
feel
wouldn't
happen
if
the
tank
was
correctly
attached
to
my
BCD.
As
mentioned
before
I
didn't
have
any
troubles
during
the
first
dive...
I
think
the
school
should
pay
more
attention
to
checking
each
diver
before
going
into
the
water
it
takes
1
minute
and
could
prevent
such
issues.
