Very very worse experience.I lost my mom on 15.7.2022. Doctor said that there is not any risk during open heart surgery and patient will recover within 8 days.We had trapped by doctor's fake claims and hopes and went for the surgery with a very positive vibes.But after 2 days of surgery he said faith in God ,only god can save your patient. Dr Pradhan confirm us that there is only 2% risk in operation. My mom didn't even become in concious state after surgery.All those who loves their family members please don't visit this hospital and don't got trapped in their fake hopes.

Sanitation is poor. The urine pot was not always washed by even plain water. I got infected with it. The attire they provided was washed carelessly with the spot of blood left on it. The steel glass for drinking water was very dirty and never rewashed. However, doctors and female nurses are good. Male nurses are unprofessional.

No respect for the time of patients. Many patients are waiting since long outside the chamber of Dr. Alok. Asked reception but he also dont know when the doctor Alok will come. A very bad experience, no value of time, feeling like a GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL After making payment of 725 rs.

This hospital is doing loot in broad day light,if you are getting anyone admitted here, they will charge you immediate Rs 25000 and thereafter Rs 15000 per day After paying Rs 15000 per day, you have to pay for all other expenses like medicine, cost test etc, Where i enquired about details of Rs 25000 and Rs 15000,they denied to explain, What is per day bed charge, doctors visit fees or nursing fees, they dont know anything, they simply said you have to pay Rs 15000 per day, for what only hod knows, Such doctors and this hospital is blantly looting people and making them poorer and poorer Dont go to this hospital they will suck your blood

Good doctors but very bad ward boys. Not all but some of the staff like ward boy and patient helper are very rude who have no idea of the fact that they are dealing with patients. No one goes to a hospital for fun. Some of the staff nurse, ward boy and patient helper do not care for patients and behave as if they are the owners of the hospital. If you have an option to choose some other hospital, please do so. Otherwise, make sure you take feedback twice daily from your relative or friend (the patient) on whether the staff are helping or not.

The worst hospital I have ever seen. The service is pathetic. My father got cardiac arrest and was admitted there for 15 days ,and there was not a single improvement. They just keep 20 patients in single icu with no facility . They give water in steel glass which is not been washed from day 1. My father need oxygen mask and ask one of the nurse but she denied to give him . Dr Alok only give fake sympathy that your dad is doing well and improving but he got infected because of poor sanitization. If patient wants to use urine pot they just give that pot and kept there only they don't even throw it and wash it really very bad experience by Dr alok and Pradhan . Then my friend suggested me to visit Dr vikas singh he is like next to god and best cardio . Never ever visit to jeevak they just make money and don't save the patient. Must visit Mediversal for any kind of problem it's one of the best hospital with all the facility.And for cardio Dr Vikas Singh is best and I would like to thank him as he saved my dad from all the things .

Jeevak Heart Hospital is best hospital for Cardiac Emergency they save life of patient and also stabilize the patient so that they can go to higher center for treatment. My relatives were treated in this hospital and now I can say DR. ALOK IS VERY CARELESS DR. But Dr. Arvind Kumar is very good dr. And along with Dr. Sanjay(Critical Care), Dr. Anirudh(Anesthesia) and Dr. Neeraj(Jr. Doctor ICU) are very good but their method of treatment is very conventional. If u talk about Dr. Alok he is good in behaviour and has good knowledge but does not want to spend time while in round and because of his carelessness my patient developed hematoma where TPI was put on. Overall they are the only centre in Kankarbagh who knows what to do in emergency even though you are too late to arrive during heart attack.

Here doctors will keep you wait whole day just to see report only...such a pathetic place .
