We had a very bad experience staying there for one night. Absolutely not recommended. First of all, it was very noisy. A big fan from the kitchen is under the rooms which make loud noise. they allow their guests to walk in the hotel and talk and laugh loudly. There was a woman that was milking her baby in the corridor just outside our room and her baby was crying all the rime! when we asked her to go inside their room, she refused because she said her husband and children are tired and need to sleep!! So, her baby's loud noise jus came to our door. when we told the management they refused to tell her anything!!! Their quality of breakfast was absolutely below average. The bed and matrices were dirty and there was hair on them. Some unfriendly people were smoking in the lobby and were speaking loudly. We arrived there late and it was high season so we were too tired to go anywhere else and all the other good hotels were full. So we had no choice but to spend a hellish night there and sleep using some pills. Not recommended at all! Their prices may look fair but their service and environment is not acceptable even if it was for free. So, avoid it at all costs.

Great service and nice staff. The restaurant is also nice offering a wide variety of dishes from Italian to Persian. The cafe is simply THE best with very nice atmosphere and professional staff. 2nd floor has the most beautiful view U can possibly expect.

Nice place to spend one night or two with family. Ordered a latte from the cafe, with the milk overcooked. Noticed the espresso machine, which was too dirty. I could imagine they don't clean/ descale the machine too. Hope the management team simply focus on basics such as staff training.

I was visted this hotel, and I could say this is the nicest 3 star hotel on earth, it deserves 5 star instead, I want to visit there again ❤

Very bad hotel, bad services, unfriendly staff, and the manager is not helpful with the customers when there is a problem

clean and tidy rooms it has many options and The restaurant's breakfast is very good, but it's far from the airport it needs 6 hours at least to arrive

Nice place I recommend it. I used to stay there 2 weeks every year. I really enjoyed there. Customer service is friendly. Breakfast was great.
