Overall stars: 4 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ICH was one of the best vintage food place I visited while in indore. This place offers several types of authentic meals. I had a vegetarian thali and it was awesome. I also had idli and chole bhature, they were up to the mark as well.

Indian Coffee House Near DIG Office Indore is located in prime location of Indore near Indore Railway station. They serve very hygienic and delicious food irrespective of breakfast items like Sandwich, tea, coffee, cold coffee, lassi or South Indian items like Idli, Dosa, etc. The staff is very courteous and well versed. I highly recommend Indian Coffee House food. Kudos! to team Indian Coffee House.

This is a nostalgic place. No matter at which location of ICH you go, you would feel the nostalgic vibes. I like the fact that they don't change much in their interiors and keep everything the same in this continuously changing world. The food was good, service was good and the staff was good. Single people eating alone can be seen very often here.

Nice place to have a quick bite, we liked the dosa a lot and surely go again. The only thing missing was ice in the lime water. In this heat we want a cool drink and without ice I didn't enjoy it.

Indian Coffee House is all time favorite restaurant. This chain of restaurant offers best food and value for money. Opens at 7AM and you can enjoy breakfast Sputh Indian, North Indian, Omelette. Lunch dinner again starters, south Indian, Indian veg and non veg. We had chicken curry and Kerala Chicken Biryani. It was splendid. Service is good. Restaurant is normal with table Chair and air-conditioned. You can visit to Indian Coffee house at almost all major cities of MP and few in other states too. Taste you will find same everywhere.

The Indian Coffee House is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience in India. This iconic chain of coffee houses has been around since the 1930s and has become a beloved institution among locals and tourists alike. The atmosphere is charmingly old-fashioned, with simple furnishings and waiters dressed in white uniforms. The menu features a variety of affordable and tasty dishes, including their famous dosas, samosas, and filter coffee. The real charm of the Indian Coffee House, however, lies in its history and culture. It has been a gathering place for artists, intellectuals, and politicians for decades, and you can still feel that energy in the air. It's a great spot to people-watch and soak up the local vibe.

I have been to this place hundreds of times earlier and when my team thought of a coffee break on a working end of the day, there was no other thought than coming to ICH which is at walking distance from my office. Dosa and coffee was a perfect choice for us which has its unique ICH test. A great place to spend few hours with friends, family and colleagues.

One of the renowned names for authentic South Indian food. Crispiness in their dosa is unbeatable and sambhar chutteny is also good. North Indian food, Thali options also available. Service and staff behaviour was good, overall it's an economic place and a good place to have the authentic taste. Need to improve the hygiene somewhat..

Hey foodies, it is situated near regal and to be honest I didn't even know about this place and came to know about this recently. The ambiance is basic just like any other Indian coffee house , you have to two types of sitting, one is general and another one is AC inside. We tried rawa dosa, sambhar vada , idli sambler , veg cutlet and black coffee , i didnt liked veg cutlet at all, rest of the things were good in taste, you get authentic South Indian taste with authentic staff. Overall Recommended for south indian lovers.

Typical ICH…. Those who go to ICH will swear by its taste when it comes to filter coffee, idly and Dosa. The signature taste is same. This ICH is located in ultra secure place courtesy DIG office compound. It serves non veg item as well which is missing from Moti Bunglow compound ICH. PS- don’t forget to try tooti fruity ice cream; another delicacy.

It was very average experience in terms of food. Food is costly than other similar cuisine places. Also their sambhar is thin like water. I tried soup too which was tasty. Dosa is good but unnecessarily costly.

Good place right on mg road. Lot of parking space. The restaurant itself is very spacious and clean. Much more elaborate menu than usual ICH. There were not many people on a Friday morning. The puri sabzi was excellent though the coffee could be better/stronger. I never got a decent coffee in Indore so... The service was friendly and efficient. The entire staff seemed to be mallus!

So there’s a hype of this place tbh and to certain extent it might live up to it. For example the usual tiffin items will be served good but then they surprise you by doing something which gives just a feeling of disgust. The star of Tamil Nadu filter coffee was served like no where near to an instant coffee either. Felt like coffee concoction was added using a dropper to give a cafe au lait tinge

The Indian Coffee House in the DIG Office Premises, Indore, is a true gem. The food offerings, including the Vada Sambar, Mysore Dosa, Noodle Dosa, and the refreshing Filter Coffee, were outstanding. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff provided top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Not at all up to the mark of ICH standards, better to go to District court ICH which is just 300m away from this venue. Food quality really not good, waste you can say Service 3rd class, after ordering food, wait for atleast an hour for food to be served if it's rush hour, no one to wait your table and no one is listening. Atmosphere - don't even ask, the floor was covered with all mud with no cleaning at all. The only good thing which you can get here is free PARKING that's it.

Excellent restaurant for a quick Indian bite - South Indian, North Indian and Noodles etc. Veg and non veg dishes. Have two other branches in Indore. Relishing, clean and standard taste at all these locations. Very generous portions at quite economical rates. Quick service and very polite staff. I generally have Dosa, Idli and other south indian dishes there whenever I visit indore. The taste has never varied and food has always been sumptuous. Their north indian dishes especially Biryani are equally good. Must visit.

The look and feel was not so great as I have visited other branches of the Indian Coffee House in the city. However, the waiters were in the same uniform, the service was fine and the taste was reasonable. When we visited the place, it was quite crowded. Masala Dosa, Vada Sambhar and Idli Sambhar tasted okay, but the taste of coffee did not match the authentic taste for which Indian Coffee is known for. There is ample parking space and it is a fine place to visit, but the route to reach it is extremely crowded filled with honking vehicles. Not a great idea to visit it in the evening. Happy Eating!

This Indian coffee House is located at very eminent place of indore city. Great place for people loving south Indian food. The place is hygienic, well trained staff, decent setup and ample parking area. Quit suitable place for fun loving, daily foodies, family outing lovers & small meeting lovers. One must visit this coffee shop located at regal square & in city SP Office campus.

A place serving excellent south north Indian dishes. The two very big dining halls are very comfortable. South Indian dishes are unique with a traditional taste. The coffee is excellent true to the tradition of ICH.

  • 3/5 Anushka M. 1 year ago on Google
We ordered 2 masala dosa, one without onion. They came out with the food pretty fast. Overall taste was okay, we asked for extra sambhar and chutney as the initial quantity they give is very less. The servers are nice. But the whole place was extremely dirty. I understand that it was almost full when we arrived, but there was spilling and mud on the floor. I wish their cleaner should do a quick swipe every 3-4 hours if it gets that dirty.

  • 4/5 Abhi Das A. 1 year ago on Google
Atmosphere in ICH take you to olden College days. South Indian foods always taste good here. We tried Chicken cutlet but it's taste was ok. Filter coffee and south indian dishes for that I can visit here every time.
