Good place for hang out with friends and yummy snacks

Good place for smokers and tea lovers. You get mellow feeling well up inside when you visit this place. Call up a few chill mated and it is time well spent. I haven't tried much of the menu but the general atmosphere there is 4/5. Recommend if you want some place to chill and not be bothered by anyone.
