The highest quality of "IRRESPONSIBILITY" by the coordinating team of Pristyn care is what I recieved. All this irresponsible behaviour by this team just for a "CONSULTATION". So I can understand by now about the pre and post care coordination. Being a healthcare provider myself, facing this mode of coordination is 0% tolerance.

Overall experience was good, experience with doctors is also good but pristyn care did not provide the pick and drop service for consulting after surgery, the normal charges are approx INR 20,000 for circumcision but they made bill of INR 62,000 , still I don't have any issues regarding the charges or fees but if you guys are charging this huge amount so you can provide pick and drop services for consulting with doctor. I called three to four times in pristyn to ask can you provide pick and drop service, can you provide pick and drop service but they denied and simply said we don't provide this service after surgery, It looks like that patient doesn't matter for you after surgery. And this is the reason only that's why I'm giving only one star rating.
