The food is great but the waiting time was too long than expected. We ordered "Paal porotta" and it's been more than 30 mins

Today I visited this shop with friends and ordered 3 chocolate coffees and 3 hot chocolate. However, we were only served 2 of each. When we asked about the missing items, the staff argued that we had only ordered 4. The bill clearly showed we ordered 6. This level of customer service was disappointing. I never recommended or suggesting more to here

Pathetic food Owner's don't know how to behave with customers

I had Chicken and Beef Sheek, Peri Peri Chicken Roll, and Crispy Fried Chicken from here yesterday evening. However, the Beef Sheek and Peri Peri Chicken Roll were too salty to eat. When I complained about this to the staff, they didn't apologize and just left us. At least they should have apologized for that. On the positive side, the Crispy Chicken Fries were good, and I liked them. The Chicken Sheek was okay.

When inquiring about the menu, the staff exhibited a lack of knowledge and were unhelpful in addressing our questions. This created a subpar dining experience that fell short of our expectations.Despite our inability to complete the meal, no member of your staff approached us to inquire about our satisfaction or to address any concerns we might have had.
