I recently stayed here, less than a kilometer away from Guruvayoor East Nada and had a satisfactory experience overall. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They made sure to clean the rooms daily and replace the sheets, which I appreciated. The food was also excellent at their restaurant. However, I must mention that the quality of the rooms and beds was disappointing. The rooms appeared dilapidated and are in dire need of a major overhaul. Although the accommodations were not up to par, considering the price, it still offered reasonable value for money.

A decent hotel for accommodation while visiting Guruvayoor. Old building, renovated to accommodate modern facilities (like AC). ~800 meters walkable distance to temple East Nada. They have a restaurant in the campus but food is just average. Adequate covered parking available. Very close to railway station. Power backup is available. Hot water available in bathroom. TV and AC worked as per expectations. Accommodation prices are decent compared to other hotels in the area.

Not satisfied. Not worth for the money what I paid. Felt like lot of dust in the room. Bedsheets and towels were looking like re using it for many years. They wash it often but those were very old. Whole night i was feeling a dusty smell in the room. Looks like AC also was not cleaned for many months. Staffs are ok and friendly there, but overall building needs major renovation. Hotel food was decent, Until a major renovation happens to that, I have to rethink of selecting that hotel again.

Rooms ok. But I booking Deluxe room and my brother was booking premium room there are no varying, slightly change like single sofa only varying. Deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bed size is not comfortable like queen bed only haven. That was not satisfied. Try to change. Morning breakfast is comfortable in own canteen.👍

Nearer to both railway station and East gate of temple. Relatively larger rooms with individual geyser and ac.lift is available.a veg. restaurant is also there with good quality food. Bottled water and soap supplied. Recommended.

Rooms are ok but bit old, basic facilities are there, but not fully well maintained. This needs to be improved. They are setting up a new building in the same compound it seems. Once that is complete, ktdc will keep its standards. Food as usual is good. Good parking facilities.

1. Ample parking. 2. Room's were neat and tidy. 3. Room service was good. 4. KTDC restaurant was 'ok' 5. The reception is attentive. 6. Lift was not operative for some time, but was kept operational mostly during our stay. 7. Guruvayoor temple is around 400 m from this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. Nandanam is an old hotel. Rooms and linen are mostly old. We enjoyed the food, however rating the service as 1 star since they didn't honor a 10% discount that was committed during our booking.

Very near to the temple and bus stand and next to the railway station .Food is good , room is very big and excellent .Price is not cheap like private hotels but then quality and service is very good .

1. The check-in process at KTDC Nandanam Hotel was quick and hassle-free. 2. We had booked two deluxe rooms, and although the room and bathroom were clean, they were not exceptional. 3. Our frustration peaked when the room lock fell apart as we turned the key. Despite calling the service department, no assistance came for 10 minutes. At the reception, a staff member confirmed the lock couldn't be repaired and offered another room. This new room had a similarly unreliable lock, and we requested yet another room, which we received later. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was unstable. The most disheartening part was the lack of courtesy or empathy from the hotel's service staff throughout these incidents, further intensifying our disappointment during the stay. 4. The breakfast provided a welcome contrast to the disappointments encountered in other aspects of the stay.

Though it is an old hotel, its rooms were maintained very neat, clean and dust-free. A comfortable place to sleep. Hotel staff members also behaved in a decent way. I appreciate everyone, for providing such a good facility.

Stay was good. Not very close to the guruvayoor temple. The complimentary breakfast was decent. They offer you a buffet which includes dosa, poori, vada, idli, tea, coffee, juice, bread toast. You will get ample space for covered car parking. Since the building is too old, rooms weren't that modern. One thing we didn't like is, we had booked one extra bed in advance. They provided an extra bed only when we asked again. The room boy brought the bed and bed sheet he kept just above. We had to make bed ourselves.

We booked two rooms through GOIBIBO by seeing that it was a go stays property and also offering complementary break fast. Paid around 6500 rupees for 2 days stay. Check in was hassle free. Rooms were very old and not properly maintained. Wash room wall is broken. Main door handle was faulty. Very old furnishing and the hotel management not even thinking of repairing it even after the repeated reviews by other guests. The break fast timing was between 07.30am to 10.30am. On first day, we went for break fast on 10.45 am (after getting confirmation from reception with regard to the availability of the same). The restaurant guy is shouting with us saying that the “break fast was over. There is a board in the reception regarding the break fast timing”. We went as a family with my small kid and received this type of rude response. On second day we went for break fast on 8.45 am. Poori available at the restaurant was of some foul taste. It may be prepared from old flour or from already used oil. I asked the family members to not eat poori. If the google has negative star rating, I would have given the maximum possible negative rating. The positive response to say about the hotel is it is around 600 meters from Guruvayur Temple.

Best budgets hotel. Special appreciation to all the staff. The hotel is child friendly also. I will recommend everyone to book room. It is very near to guruvayoor temple and guruvayoor railway station. If you don't want to walk, you will get rickshaws also from their gate. Nice initiative started by Kerala Government

From a Kerala Govt establishment.....it's fantastic... It's cheap it has decent amenities.. Hot water 24.7 but no proper room service for food only tea & coffee.... It's a little bit far too.... For a small amount more you can find better hotel near the temple premises....

Hotel is located very close to railway station and easily accessible. We stayed in AC room. Room was clean and spacious. We arrived much earlier than the 3PM checkin time and the staff politely accommodated us. The property has lifts to reach all floors and overall a good experience! There is lot of construction going on nearby and the entrance to property was muddy, water logged and slippery.

This is a very old building, but they had renovated the interior of rooms. The rooms are neat and tidy. The bathrooms are also very clean. The outside appearance is not at all good, but the rooms are good with television, ac, geyser etc. Free wifi is also available. The main attraction is you can park your car there as there is parking space for atleast 15 cars. The distance between this building and temple is also less than 900 meters.

This place is very near to main temple. Walkable distance. Rooms require maintenance. Service excellent. Staff are very cordial and hospitable. They are constricting new block. When it is opened the old building will be renovated. We are waiting for inauguration of new building.
