The
check-in
process
at
KTDC
Nandanam
Hotel
was
quick
and
hassle-free.
2.
We
had
booked
two
deluxe
rooms,
and
although
the
room
and
bathroom
were
clean,
they
were
not
exceptional.

Our
frustration
peaked
when
the
room
lock
fell
apart
as
we
turned
the
key.
Despite
calling
the
service
department,
no
assistance
came
for
10
minutes.
At
the
reception,
a
staff
member
confirmed
the
lock
couldn't
be
repaired
and
offered
another
room.
This
new
room
had
a
similarly
unreliable
lock,
and
we
requested
yet
another
room,
which
we
received
later.
Unfortunately,
the
toilet
seat
was
unstable.
The
most
disheartening
part
was
the
lack
of
courtesy
or
empathy
from
the
hotel's
service
staff
throughout
these
incidents,
further
intensifying
our
disappointment
during
the
stay.

The
breakfast
provided
a
welcome
contrast
to
the
disappointments
encountered
in
other
aspects
of
the
stay.
