The location is peaceful and easily approachable by road. It's also nearby to the railway station and bus station. Rooms were neat and tidy, well maintained and in good condition. The staff were friendly and supportive providing an excellent service and delicious food. This was our repeat visit after the COVID 19 pandemic. Would suggest the hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We had stayed in sterling for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and have a good ambience. The premier room is apt for a 3 person stay. The staff were courteous and even arranged a crib immediately on request for our baby. Special callouts to mr. Anand and mr. Sujith. Food spread could have been better, very limited options for lunch and dinner, but nevertheless the taste was good.

Rooms are very spacious. Housekeeping is also very good. All staff are customer friendly and give a homely feel. Food is vegetarian and quality is good. Entry, Exit by car has to be done carefully as it is located in a busy, 2 lane road.

I stayed on 6-7 march 2022. Rooms surely are spacious, clean and well maintained. ( The mirror needs replacing) However there is a 'step' in room which is a safety red flag. The hotel must put a yellow tape else there is risk of fall. Room service beginning only at 8am is a disappointment. More so in a temple town. Not having filter coffee in menu too! Service level is poor. In short we felt hotel was expensive for what it offered. M Ramaswamy

Wanted to thank all the staff(front desk for the hassle free check-in, check-out, in house restaurant for the delicious food n prompt services, lastly security guards for lending helping hand voluntarily for the luggage, parking assistance etc. ) for the excellent and prompt services. Sincere request and suggestions to hotel management - (i) please allow guests to change room if they are not comfortable with the room allotted and when you have other rooms available at that time. (ii) i know its complimentary b”fast but still better to have more options. For fellow travelers - (i) premium ac rooms - don't expect to be big one, ask for extra mattress/bed if needed (ii) bathrooms are small but can be ignored. (iii) premium ac rooms are available on 1st and 2nd floor only. So if you are looking for a room on higher floor then opt for classic rooms.

A very good stay at sterling guruvayoor.the rooms were spacious and kept clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Free WiFi. They have a good restaurant and the food was good. They have a buffet for breakfast and dinner. You can also have Ala Carte if you don't want a buffet. Just 750 mts from the temple and just opposite Mammiur Shiva temple. There is a Bar attached to this hotel. Ample Car park.

I had a pleasant time there with my family. The rooms were neat and clean. You can book a buffet for dinner and breakfast. Lunch was also good I chose Kerala style meals but you can get North and South style common food. Quality is good as cooked from home

Rooms are really clean ... bathrooms also very clean...been here first time .. the food that was customised to our needs was just too good... I certainly recommend one to check out .. Keep it up !!

Bathrooms are small...almost cramped. It has partial shower cubicle so water flows out to the bathroom floor. Restaurant has a mess feel. Rooms are standard and comfy. Location is walking distance to Mammiyur temple and Guruvayoor temple is close enough. Autos charge ₹60 one way

I had booked all the 70 rooms in the hotel for my daughter's marriage and the help that was rendered by Mr. Biju Narayan and his staff at the hotel was awesome right from check in to check out. My guests also had breakfast and lunch which they said was very good. Will recommend and stay at this hotel when ever I am at Guruvayur.

This is blot on the brand Sterling.. On enquiry it was told that this property is not of Sterling and is just being managed under this brand. Rooms are too small, no amenities, garden, recreation, etc. Available... Towels were not provided in room... Breakfast menu is repeated as it is... Very casual in service delivery..

Absolutely loved it at first glance. The room is awesome and the staff is beyond courteous. Thank you Sterling Guruvayur. Note: I booked directly through the sterling website and had laid out my requirements in advance.

As usual Mr. Biju and there staffs hospitality and service is Top class. The positive vibes we feel in Sterling Guruvayur is something which we have to physically witness. One of the reason for this positive is cleanliness. Top class cleaning team showing full dedication and that we witness in all places of the hotel like rooms, toilets, restaurant and exterior. Thanks to Mr. Biju and team for maintaining to bring this positive vibes. Thanks 🙏

Rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff's very courteous.location is good as it is not congested as near temple area.can take a auto to visit temple in a convenient manner.Breakfast setup nice and hygine, not many option for breakfast but key items are there for satisfied breakfast.Food option for lunch and dinner is basic and that one can be improved with more varieties. Very good hotel both location wise and quality wise if you are visiting Guruvayur.

It is a good property but what is missing is a spacious one.. being in gods own country, we expect sterlings to be very spacious and with lot of greenery.. that’s missing .. very close to temple . Veg only served .

Nicely located in a junction close to temples n elephant sanctuary. Clean rooms. Food n service was good at restaurant , but the challenge its closed early by 9:30 pm n start by 7:30 AM only. So when attending Aththaaza Seeveli in the evening it's tough.

One of the best hotels in Guruvayoor. Most Staff are not fluent in English. One gentlemen Mr.Sujith was good, he goes all out to make the Guest feel at home; rest of the members understand half our communication. Overall a good hotel, close to Guruvayur temple.

Very friendly and helpful staff...... Rooms were good..... Only negatives were one of the 2 rooms we stayed didn't have shampoo and other stuff and tea cups. We asked them and they said they'll bring but they didn't. Maybe they forgot..... Complimentary breakfast was good.

Very good hotel located in Guruvayur. The room sizes are good and they have a neat and clean washroom. The bed size is also very good. The amenities in the room are basic and enough for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is very neat and clean. The hotel is located about a kilometer and a half from Guruvayur temple. The hotel has a covered garage in which you can park approximately 10 cars. There are small bakeries and shops outside the hotel to get basic food and drink requirements. There are a lot of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The staff are courteous and happy to help whenever needed. They are very friendly and happy to help guide you on things to do in Guruvayur or tips for your stay here. As a side note, we really loved the wood work in the hotel lobby - it has a very rich and opulent look. We had a comfortable stay and can definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Loved this hotel and it's services. So far one of the best hotels we stayed at Guruvayoor. Food was not upto the mark but choice of dishes were good.

Location = 650 mts from the main temple. Parking = Ample place and valet is available Room = Huge and clean and AC was real good. Amenities = All basic amenities that you would expect in a room is available. Restaurant = Buffet only and out of those buffet items they allow a-la carte which I liked. Taste wise = All star hotel food taste the same. Ambience and reception = I think they have really invested a lot of money on Ambience and it's so beautiful and at the same time reception staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall - a great place to stay if you are in Guruvayoor

This is one of the poor hotel we visited in kerala. Food experience is zero. They make something and name it what they like.. hospitality is also zero. Staffs except few. Assuming that we are staying there for free of cost. They are having a long menu card. But nothing will be available. Worst experience in this place.

Excellent place and great service. They are really doing a good job in all aspects. We always have a comfortable stay here. It’s the best hotel in Guruvayur and it’s the team behind the place that makes it even better.

This review is only for bar. Executive bar, very basic. Food too. Nothing much about this place. Even parking is small. It is rated 4star. But it is definitely 3 star at most. Bathroom is filthy. And hand wash is inside the closet room. It stinks and not washed properly for days.

This is a well-maintained hotel near Guruvayur Temple. Entire Hotel is made of authentic Wooden carvings theme to keep guruvayur temple vibe in and out. Guruvayur temple is around 1km from hotel. Staffs are humble and respectful. Good veg only food although limited options but taste is excellent. Hotel is well maintained and kept very clean. The restaurant serves tasty and delicious food. Cold coffee and strawberry Milkshake must try..Excellent hotel for families to stay. The hotel has inhouse parking facility.

Very pleasant and worthy stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is great, big parking, amazing restaurant that has delicious vegetarian food, friendly and hospitable staff and very clean property. There’s no swimming pool but considering the fact that most of them who stay here are pilgrims, that becomes optional. Highly recommended.

Excellent reception area appearance, antique carvings looks great and royal. The room where we stayed with family has a very good standard in termsofthefacilities. Staffs are very friendly and caring. Nice restaurant with tasty buffet food. Great place to stay in guruvayur. Few suggestions to improve, set top box must be checked for good working condition before the guest arrives, complementary tea bags should be kept as individual packages, restaurant room service starts at 8 AM which needs to be extended time or with alternative solutions for food and beverages when its closed. Kettle must be checked and repaired or replaced for any rust inside because of the usage.

Bathrooms are smelly. I think there’s an issue with their drainage due to which there’s a foul smell in the corridors and washrooms. They should really fix that. Otherwise the place is decent at a good location and nice restaurant. Short 1 km walk from the temple. Wood carvings everywhere
