I
am
writing
this
for
information,
gratitude
and
appreciation
of
the
incidents
which
I
faced
in
your
hospital
and
I
think
it
will
help
you
to
improve
the
customer
relationship
to
patients
coming
to
your
institution.
My
child
admitted
in
your
hospital
on
20-06-2023
in
the
department
of
Neurology
room
No:1105
and
discharged
on
26th
June.
As
a
Government
employee
me
and
my
family
were
covered
under
Medisep
insurance
scheme
of
Kerala
Government
and
I
informed
the
matter
to
your
insurance
department
for
my
claim
and
they
informed
that
Medisep
insurance
claims
were
stopped
in
Amala
from
20th
June
onwards
and
patients
admitted
from
24th
June
will
only
get
the
claim
and
requested
me
to
remit
the
advance
amounts
which
I
denied
previously
,
and
said
that
the
Hospital
can
send
the
claim
to
the
Insurance
company
and
if
they
reject
the
claim
in
writing
I
will
remit
the
Hospital
bill.
Several
rounds
of
discussions
were
held
with
your
Personal
Department
personal
and
all
of
them
insist
me
to
remit
the
Hospital
bill.
In
the
Morning
of
25th
June
one
of
your
PRE
patient
relation
executive
Smt
Neenu
George
approached
me
and
she
patiently
heard
my
grievance
and
assure
that
she
will
look
in
to
the
matter
and
will
help
to
sort
of
the
matter.
She
had
sincerely
taken
up
my
matter
with
the
proper
authorities
and
my
Insurance
claim
for
the
hospital
treatment
was
settled
and
I
left
the
hospital
with
utmost
satisfaction.
I
sincerely
and
wholeheartedly
appreciate
Smt
NEENU
GEORGES’s
attitude
and
her
ability
to
sort
out
the
problem
of
the
patients
and
may
wish
to
inform
that
she
will
be
an
asset
for
your
personal
department.
My
Best
wishes
to
Smt
Neenu
George
for
her
your
future
carrier
and
acknowledging
her
commitment
with
gratitude.
