The hospital is well-known in this region. I came here frequently for a variety of reasons. It is the well planned method for medical performance. Good casualty emergency team available round-the-clock. Medical laboratory and pharmacy facility open round-the-clock. The doctors are very skilled, and a robust management structure is in place. I appreciate the hard work being put in by the management and personnel throughout. There are instances when I experience negative responses from the personnel; they are mostly always trainees who are incompetent. You must keep in mind that if you behave properly, everyone will respect you. Otherwise, the credibility of the hospital as a whole will suffer.

The worst experience I've ever had with this Hospital. If you have acidity or gas problem, this hospital has Dr. George Mathew the great to do angioraphy, a treatment that cost in lakhs. Dr. George Mathew doesn't have manners to speak to a person. I hope you guys don't deal with this Dr he is a doctor who will raise your Blood Pressure and you'll might feel to punch his face in. This hospital charge Rs. 6000 only for gloves per day. I personally suggest please please please don't go to this hospital.

I had worst experience in this hospital. When I go with my grandmother we booked the doctor half hour ago and we were no 4 but they are not calling people in order. they were too harsh. The saff always talks and don't do work properly and doctor's always are late.

Worst service from staffs. Cold attitude.. given appoinmnt at 12noon..reached 11.55 to register and waiting outside at doctor's room but the file has not reached.. After 40 mins no update about file and checked at reception and they are keep on asking to wait.. once the file comes,nurse will call other than that no action from there side. Then what's the point of taking appointment. I hav another another appoinmnet for another kid at diff place. Nurse asks to check at reception ,reception calling to file room but no updates. The response is very cold and lag. But the doctors and service is good and remarkable.

Rajah hospital is located in Muthuvatoor Guruvayoor, Chavakkad, .This is a well known hospital in this area.I had visited on couple of times for ultra sound scaning and booking was made on prior but they ask us to wait for long even the booking was made previously.Parking is good also they reception staffs behaviour was good

I had a worst experience from ENT Dr. Soji Paul. I consulted him with unbearable ear ache on 3 weeks before. He didn't check me properly, he just use torch to check my ear & said no infection there. Even though pain has reduced with his medicine I felt fluid popping in my ear whatever I swallow . During my 2nd visit he told me fluid was there which has now become solid & may need to drain it out after doing some tests. I wasn't able to speak preperly as I was feeling a speaker was kept inside my ear&milder headache. next day I rush to another ent she gave me medicine for 10days & I can feel the changes now. It was just because of his carelessness on my first visit I had to suffer discomfort for 3weeks. I will not recommend him to anyone.

Hospital is good, but I had bad experience with Dr.Anjana Venugopal (Gyn) also sometimes called as Anjana Abhijith. She has given the medication that has very bad side effects. After which, when we tried to reach her, she totally blocked our calls and she even quit the hospital without even advising us the proper treatment. OMG!!!I am wondering how come Rajah hospital has hired a doctor with NO MEDICAL ETHICS..... Very sad and horrible experience and no body should get into this situation. I think she just passed MBBS by donating some money to the college.

Dr Bhanu Prakash is nothing short of ‘God send’ for me when I tested positive for Covid. His diagnosis and timely, prompt medical intervention helped me to recover swiftly and also gave me the confidence and faith in the process. Rajah rehabilation centre running under the rajah group right in front of the rajah hospital.. This is a well known rehabilitation centre in guruvayoor area. Apart from that yoga classes and clinical Counsillings provided under the medical guidence. Parking fecility is provided in front of the building.

I am so much disappointed with the service they provide … today I have a worst experience there … I have to face a 3 rd class behaviour from a leading gynaecologist…. It’s because of am requested her to take actions or moves for the mistakes made by the front office staffs … and am surprised that admin pro or other head staffs are very careless. The casualty works at its best for all minor cases.. They try their maximum for the cure... So I personally recommend any emergency cases do choose rajah.. Doctors are well experienced and so the hospital is well established.

Good and affordable hospital in Guruvaur or Chavakkad area. My uncle was admitted in casualty's in an emergency situation. But after one more days he was shifted to another hospital for higher treatments. Rajah's treatment and rooms coast are cheaper as compared to other private hospitals.

Worst experience ever...had really bad experience with the lab staffs who doesn't even know how to take blood..my 10 month old baby's hand got swelled thus they tried getting blood for more than 10 times...no human would do such thing to a little baby.. after all this they failed to get blood nd still they need to syringe him more to get blood...such cruel nd heartless staff should not be appointed in any kind of firm....I really prefer nd suggest private labs than this heartless and careless place

Raja hospital is better in treatment and caring. But The doctor will tell you that you don't get this medicines from out side, Because of get more income form pharmacy department. Its fake . You will get all medicines from V care Medicals (ovungal, Chavakkad,) with 15% assured discount and more in more purchase. And available maximum treatments here like in a big hospital . A Hospital run by Charitable trust from Rajah group. Nice Doctors and staff to work with. Visited and enjoyed the healthy friendship with them. Good parking. In peak time there is some difficulty because N number of visitors. Good Causality and Blood bank service. Nursing school associated with the hospital. Ayurveda and Physiotherapy units are available separately. Emergency and accident care found good. Canteen facility available on site.

I give one star only because there is no negative mark.When you go there for the first time, you will realise how horrible the service is, beginning from registration and billing. No staff is co operative, friendly and helpful. They treat patients like we have gone there for entertainment. They make us wait no matter how serious our condition is, according to their convenience. They simply sit and chat and if we ask them the lab report or bill, instead of doing their duty, they will reply in such a way that we are dirupting their peace. Total waste of time, energy and sometimes money too.
