Worst experience ever. Worst customer service. Me and my friends went to this particular shop yesterday (Seemas wedding centre , Angamaly) and we had a really bad experience. We would actually like to raise a complaint against one of the staffs who acted in a very disrespectful manner.

It's one of the big textile shop in Angamaly.Discounts are given at 1+1 offers ,its really good offer.Service is good and Staffs are nice.Huge collection and varieties of wearings are available.Kids wear,Men's wear and ladies wear are in different floors of the building.

Bad customer service. Very rude sale staff . Average collection , average varitey dress price is affordable Especially sales women staffs.. Men's staffs not doing here work . But old staffs are good behaviour The store offers a wide range of wedding apparel, including sarees, lehengas, suits, and accessories. The staff at Sudheer Seemas Wedding Collections are experienced and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to help customers find the perfect outfit for their special day.

Once a very sought after textile in Angamaly....It lost market share over time...Sales team to me motivated to offer best customer service to regain it's market share

Bad service from 2 nd floor sales person. Rude behaviour. Never gonna recommend to anyone. Very bad . Teach some manners to the sales person.

You will get clothes for different ages at a comparatively low price. The showroom is bit congested and you will find less space for you to roam around. The parking space within the building premise is pretty much limited but they have another parking area nearby.

If there were option to rate -1 i will do that. Very bad customer dealing. The staff doesnt even want us to purchase. There is no one to attend us. Someone came later and even after asking questions the salesman was just like just leave me alone. He is not even interested to reply or show the products. We will never go there.

Very bad after sale service. Not at all recommended. We're there regular customer but here onwards we'll never ever recommend this people. When we asked for their PRO on spot he was vanished and their staff told us that he went to Thrissur but the funny part is a min earlier he was their and just when we enquired him he was nowhere. When management is like this then just think how would be their staff. If the goods are not to be returned atleast need to have a courtesy to hear the customer words rather just disappearing. This shows they don't have customer service and when such important factor is missing then how a customer will have a fate in this company. Extremely bad and pathetic.
