One of the best gyms in the locality. This is a proactive environment to make a change in your life, both physically and mentally. I have been working out here since a long time. The trainer truly cares about your fitness journey, and will give you proper coaching and advice as per your specific requirements. There is a spacious area for weight training and all the equipment is of international standard. For weight training, there are dumbells ranging from 1kg to 50kg, and adequate number of barbells and weight plates. In addition to that, there are separate areas for cardio and sauna as well. And to clarify, this is not a paid review 😁
