Very good and well maintained hotel but the only problem is staff. Very bad customer service, unnecessary debate with customers and not even behaving in a good way. It was found suggesting for other hotels for AC rooms even though they have it in Kausthubham. Seems like they are not even interested in promoting their own working environment and organisation. No water, towel or soap etc provided. This guest house is managed under the Devaswom Board. Requesting Devaswom Board to train your staff in customer service please.

A great value room. It is under Guruvayur devasam. Booking is very difficult. Holidays can be very busy. Advance booking is not allowed

1.Lift is not available. 2.AC Rooms are good in Opposite building. 3.If we use any high voltage devices like kettle then power is tripped due to solar electricity. 4.Heater is not working sometimes electrician support is needed. 5.Room service persons are avaipable only in Ground floor. 6.Hotel as restaurant with in it. Sadya was good with min price.

No service boy was available. Also drinking water was not provided. The staffs at the reception talks among themselves for long time keeping the customer awaiting. Many of the pilgrims are aged and it is very difficult for them to wait. Staffs need to be given an orientation class.

It's a nice stay for bigg family and marriage parties also available single room and good vegitarian hotel on ground floor spacious room clean bathroom lift options for 5 floor. it was super good stay

It's devasthanam rooms we stayed two days. Room is very clean for 2 bed ₹400 6 bed ₹800. Very sheep and best. But no more room service like drinking water they not provided that's only one drawback, otherwise good 💯

This is the third time I am approaching this rest house to get a room, but never get it yet.. The staff sitting in the reception have no respect to customers they behave badly... Pl. arrange on line booking... 🙏🏼

You can just stay in a cozy room, that's all. No room service at all. The advantage is that it is very close to the temple. Car parking is just at the back of it.

There are no lifts, the rooms are on the fourth level, and there are bed bugs and wetness in the beds. The office staff had us wait for over an hour. They give priority to administering relatives and friends and don't care for women and children who are waiting for the room keys.

Rooms are in awkward condition, not maintained properly by the management, no hot water for bathing not even for toddlers.... No elevators how can old aged people climb the 4th or 5th floor.... Since pilgrims have no better option the management will not take better steps to improve the building...

Arrogant receptionist,literally they are acting like gunds. There is no room service, untidy bedsheets,Very poor quality rooms. No parking facilities are providing.

Room and bathroom was neat and clean. Room tariff is very much low compared to hotels and this place is just opposite to the temple parking building. Temple is just 5 mins walk from this place.

We took an AC room, which was neat and kept really clean.. walkable distance to temple too

Location is great ... no lock for washroom (unbelievable)... elevator was not working. Aged people had to climb 3 floors...

Guest house of Guruvayoor Devaswom. Close to temple .Rooms are average.But for one or two days ,it is enough.I like it because it is a safe place to stay . room rent is only Rs 300+tax for a double room .we will not get any room in Guruvayoor with this rent. No water problem there. Generator back up there. There is a good restaurant in Kousthubham . Panchajanyam guest house is another good guest house of Guruvayoor Devaswom .

Better rooms for joint family Doors are not proper slightly damaged Veg foods are only available with in the restaurant Only 250m to the temple from hotel ( very good location)

Best place and safe place for guruvayoor pilgrims. This is under Guruvayoor temple. Room tariffs are not high. But they provide best quality rooms for low tariff rates.

It is located very near to the temple.The rooms were clean and best when compared to the price they offer. There is no online booking, and rooms are available for Rs.300. They have a hotel attached too which also serves good food.

Arrogant Staffs, says no room availability right on our face on enquiry. Availability of rooms only for people with recommendation from devaswom employees, govt officials (must be powerful enough) or politicians. Delux room costs 1008 per night. 200 deposit refundable on return of the keys. No drinking water in the room (not even a bottle of water), no lift facility (rooms are on second or third floor). No blanket. Bathrooms are not fully hygienic in the rooms.

Good space with big rooms and convinence to reach temple.Ours was a team of 9 and we don't have any negative comments.

To get a decent rooms when u are in the visit to Guruvayoor temple.. There are many rooms available here.. the rooms are decent and restaurant also good.. The best part is the location as its located in front of Guruvayoor temple.. The temple is just outside of the hotel.. the rent is cheap.. An one night stay to visit the temple then this is your best option for the stay..

The rooms were available in affordable price. The building was very close to the temple was an advantage.the neatness of the rooms were not satisfactory.
