Nice place to stay Friendly and cooperative staff. Rooms are nice, neat and clean. Highly recommended for everyone.

very bad experience. manager and lady owner are very rude. they do not know how to talk to customer. rooms so dirty. even they do not know how to talk their housekeeping staff front of guest. wastes of money. we have free breakfast but the hotel do not have kitchen service. low quality hotel with huge price.

Apart from being close to RAJIV GANDHI institute this hotel became a nightmare for us during our difficult times. The so called manager himself is such rude that no one can imagine of 1. No advance receipt provided 2. No extra quilt provided on request 3. Always argumentative on each call or request 4. Didn't accept OYO booking prices 5. Bathroom is choked and no faucet handle present 6. Whenever you require tea or water give them advance payment then they will show up in 45 min. We pray the owner herself should face this type of stay she provides to already medically disturbed guests whenever she travels with family.
