June 2023. A trip to Churu to attend a wedding. And we visited the attractions in and around Churu early morning before it became hot. We were not aware of Sri Babosa at all. Read about the Godly figure from internet. For us, it was more of a tourist attraction than a religious worship centre. The statue is amazing. The bhava on the face of the statue is very serene.

A historical temple at churu having idols of Babosa bhagwaan n balaji is a treat to our eyes. It's a profound belief that if you tie a coconut with a wish in your heart Lord Babosa fulfills your wish. May b sooner or later but one day it's fulfilled 4 sure. It is a 65 foot statue of Babosa, considered to be an avatar of Hanuman. This is located in the Churu district of Rajasthan. It is on the highway that connects Churu to Bissau, in the outskirts of Churu city. You can get autos to view the place. It is made of concrete and steel. It is the tallest statue in Rajasthan too. The surrounding area is still under development. The ambience is good with lots of open spaces and a gentle breeze caressing your body. Babosa has a large following in the North Western part of Rajasthan.
