Hospital infrastructure is so good and neat and clean but Doctors are available for a limited time. We waited for 9am to 5pm. Doctors come from OT then check patients then again go for OT then comes after 2 hrs then attend some patients then for X-ray too much rush means you have to wait for 3-4 hrs for your number & to get report and in evening after 5-5:30 pm, doctor will not available so you have to come again next day. So just improve these things because spending 7-8hrs just for consultation is disappointing.

Makes response quick. Staff behavior is very good.Just a few days back, I went to treat my maternal grandfather who is a patent for Cardio. The doctor did the treatment very well and his behaviour was very nice.

Staff, nurses, and every department of the hospital done their job fairly and very well. Hospital has fantastic facilities and marks every aspects of a hospital. Apart from these peculiarities hospital also provides cafeteria especially for admitted patients. Overall, a incredible / outstanding hospital with a panel of highly skilled and professional doctors.

These people are looters of highest order, although few doctors are good but they charged me for the tests which they didn't do and I had given them the print of the tests done on the same day. I don't know how they are manipulating the reviews. They charged 38500 for only 9 hours of stay in MICU 2, out of which they charged 15000 for tests. Report of blood culture which they have sent is ridiculous and laughable. Never go to this hospital because they have highly incompetent staffs and all the departments are involved in looting patients.The refund has not been sent in my account even after four days of discharge.

I would like to mention my experience with your hospital. No doubt it has one of the best infrastructure as hospital in Jaipur. But one of the worst services also. Your emergency doctors have no manners. My patient was attended by Dr, Malaya Mishra. He was very rude with us. Didn't even listened to our issues, didn't talked to patient, even not to relatives. How would he know that he has fever, he didn't touched my patient, haven't used a thermometer, just ordered fever medicine. When I questioned him regarding it, he asked me to sit outside. the way he was behaving with me was terrible. I didn't came to your hospital to get insulted. I took my patient to fortis hospital. Their emergency was much better with great doctors. I request management of Manipal Hospital to act against this Dr. Malaya.

I was admitted in manipal hospital for past 6 days, I had a great experience there. Everyone from the peon to the doctors were so nice and were very caring. There services were nice and the food for the patients was also good. Overall, I had a great experience there and i would highly recommend this hospital. Emergency department is worst in this hospital. I meat Dr. Shobit there. First He was not wearing hospital uniform and was acting like GOD of emergency. He thinks that no rules apply to him and he can do whatever he wants. second, He was very rude and didn't attended patient properly. third and worst of all. I could easily smell cigarette on him. He definitely smoked recently, I could smell that burnt tobacco on him, He is disgusting. Fourth, He has no right to make fun of patient and his complaints. He was sitting there and laughing on patient's issues. What kind of behavior is this. This is worst experience I had with any hospital.

The receptionist or a nurse named kanchan helped me alot her behavior very very nice to me.I literally liked hygiene maintaining in the hospital. Overall hospital is good, but there is always delay in everything. You have to run everywhere for the discharge of your patient, and it is not enough. They will discharge you in evening. It happened with me many times, even after I addressed this issue to hospital administration.

Worst experience ever, for a normal plaster for wrist fracture they had taken 7 hours and kept the patient who is 75 years old in day care from morning till evening. Nursing station called the doctors repeatedly wherein they got a response that they are coming in 30 minutes. This is the same statement given to us 7 times from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm. This is when we lost the patience and raised the voice and then came the doctor Vishnu who did the plaster. Is raising voice the only solution to get the service on time even though we are paying for the same??? Seriously VERY UPSET with the services received from Manipal Hospital!!!
