I have been going to Physio Performance for a little over the year to work on increasing my strength and boost my endurance. Isaac, my trainer has been an incredible motivator, helps me continually improve my ability to lift and constantly challenges me to do more! Nick, one of the Physical Therapists found a solution for an irritated shoulder during one of my work outs. His knowledge and taping of my shoulder got me back on track and provided me the ability to not miss any of my training sessions. Because of my incredible experience at Physio Performance I took my daughter to see Ramsee another Physical Therapists. She has been instrumental in my daughter's recovery of a long time knee injury. Her excellence and understanding of my daughter's injury has enabled my daughter to be pain free and has increased her strength tremendously making her a better competitive cheerleader! The entire staff is warm and welcoming and really has your best interests for fitness and health in mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to Physio and Nick Hald for some reoccurring lower back pain. As I’ve gotten older and transitioned from my athletic days to an adult desk job, I’ve lost the flexibility and core strength I used to have. Nick did an amazing job pinpointing exactly where my weaknesses were and laid out some great back and core strengthening exercises as well as stretches. This not only provided immediate relief but gave me the tools to prevent future episodes. Nick does such a great job of explaining the movement patterns and functions of different body parts, everything made perfect sense after I first met with him. I would tell anyone I possibly could to go see him and the Physio team if they have issues. Even if you just want to increase your functional strength, Physio is the place to go. They can do it all and have the best experts around!

Nick and team changed my entire understand of physical therapy. I had never had physical therapy but from what others told me; it seemed clinical, specific and exclusive to the recovery from an injury. What led me to physio was what I thought was a possible pinched nerve from weight lifting. After my first visit I was encourage to find out that was not the case. I signed up for 10 sessions in order to focus on the muscle weakness I had in my hip. Through the following weeks I was given a regime of exercises to assist with the strengthen as well as tips and understanding regarding physical fitness, weight lifting and overall health. Even after the hip weakness became less of a concern, my sessions morphed into training and coaching sessions. I came to Physio out of fear that I had damaged something that would lead to an end to weightlifting and exposure to chronic pain. What I left with was something I had never dreamed of nor realized how much I needed....confidence. Through the sessions with Physio I was given the tools and knowledge to understand physical fitness in a way I hadn't realized before. I now can push myself harder with an awareness of what works and why it works. Physio is an out of network provider and they are that on purpose. It was money out of my pocket (vs the more customary insurance billing) but was an investment in me I didn't realize I needed. The value that they can provide goes beyond the limits the health care system imposes. They are not looking to be the typical breed that medicates the problem but looking to revolutionize the industry by creating real solutions and empowering people to not just recover but prevent injury. I am in the debt of physio for what they gave me. Nick would likely dismiss that as what I took out of it. Regardless, the whole staff are stellar and while Nick was my therapist, there were many moments where others stepped in to give me specific guidance in the areas they specialized. I felt honored, respected and cared for throughout my experience. I wish them the best and hope for you to take the leap and choose to check them out.

Physio Performance/Dan came highly recommended from my daughters dance studio. He helped my 12 year old work through and understand her knee pain. I love how he kept her engaged at every visit and made sure she understood her "homework" exercises. He got down on the floor with her and did every exercise with her. He's so personable & knows that kids are just going to throw away a piece of paper with exercises on it! He videoed her exercises for her on her phone while talking through them. I just loved that! We've been to a few physical therapists and he's hands down the best experience we've ever had.

I recently finished six weeks of PT with Dr Ramsee Hald. I decided I needed PT after I noticed my right foot wasn’t lifting as much causing me to fall on hikes and my hip mobility was greatly reduced from a fall 18 months prior at a local fitness facility that had a faulty floor. Ramsee listened to my concerns and put me through a gait and hip mobility assessment which was affecting my right foot issue. She quickly identified my key issue and put together a treatment plan. She used dry needling and stretching techniques then gave me a series of exercises to start. Each week I was assigned more exercises based on how things were progressing and adjusted the therapy based on my feedback. 6 weeks later, I can honestly say things are so much better! I’m currently training for a marathon walk and I’m finishing double digit miles without fear of tripping or falling and it’s a relief this almost 63 year old body is still able to keep up with much younger training partners! In addition, Ramsee hosts free Saturday clinics addressing many athletic activities and how to make your body work for wherever you are at in your lifespan. If you need PT, I highly recommend Dr. Ramsee at Physio Performance!

When I started working with Physio I suffered from a herniated disc in my lower back. I was in so much pain I could hardly walk and putting my own shoes on was impossible. I had never experienced so much pain in my entire life. I spent approximately 2 months working with Physio and made a full recovery from the injury. I was skeptical that I could even recover from the injury at first but Dan's confidence inspired me and I trusted him to help me heal. The environment at Physio is so positive and the entire team makes you feel as if your well being is important to them. They have a facility and attitude that motivates healing. I would recommend Physio to anyone I know.

Dr. Ramsee is amazing. After trying several other treatment options I’ve finally found something that works for my lower back issues. I love that she addresses the immediate pain issues and then works on a plan so that it doesn’t recur. I love buying the packages & knowing I have appointments available whenever I might to go in for a quick tune up.

My son worked with Dan after a major hip surgery for a labrum and cam leison repair. Best decision. Dan understood my sons aggressive goals of getting back to play and helped him accomplish it. He was released to play 2 month earlier than expected. Dan and the total Physio environment instills the drive to recover! Thank you!

I followed my personal trainer, Josh Harper, to Physio Performance when he started working there. My experience with everyone at Physio has been very positive. They made me feel welcome and made sure to know my name. They also have helped me with financing, physical and attitude to continue getting excellent care.

You need someone to motivate you? You want results? You need someone to watch and critique you instead of staring at their computer screen charting? YOU FOUND THE PLACE!! Ramsee has drastically changed my body and emotions towards having a successful recovery from surgery. I’m super glad for the experience I’m having here and want others to have the same success and support.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Casey Andrews at Physio Performance. If you’re looking for that top notch next level of physical therapy and someone who truly cares, Casey is your person! My 10 year old daughter worked with her after suffering multiple ankle injuries to both ankles from sports. Prior physical therapy at other establishments did not help. We came to Physio and from the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed, and everyone is so professional. Along with her exceptional knowledge, Casey has an amazing personality and built a great relationship with my daughter during this time frame. My daughter absolutely loved going to physical therapy with her, she made each session so fun while getting the hard work done. Casey was excellent at following up after sessions and even after we had completed the therapy. I am happy to say my daughter is back doing the sports she loves with no pain. I highly recommend Casey for anyone needing any type of physical therapy training.

Best physical therapy and training in town! Physio is a fun environment to be in with a family atmosphere. Everyone is very personable and find unique ways to help you reach your goals! As a collegiate athlete they helped me return from chronic knee issues and a surgery. I would highly recommend working with Physio for any physical needs or goals!

Highly recommend for ANYONE that considers themself a runner. The running evaluations that Nick provided for our family were priceless. So much valuable information, from how to improve performance while also helping to prevent injury. Coming from someone who also is a runner, you could tell Nick understood everything we were concerned about and could provide us with the answers to our questions. The entire staff there was so friendly and accommodating, from my initial phone inquiry and scheduling to the final handshake as we left their brand new facility. We are looking forward to returning after we incorporate Nick’s personalized plan into our training routine and seeing how much improvement has been made. Thank you!

Opting for post-surgical PT with Dr. Jensen was one of my best decisions. He’s intelligible and provides effective sessions. He focuses on the problem at hand and is extremely patient. From being unable to walk, to feeling and moving better, I have come a long way. Also, shoutout to every staff member at the clinic who works hard to make it a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Thank you for everything that you do.

What can I say about Isaac my trainer. He is encouraging, knowledgeable, patient( which I need) and really listens to what you want out of a workout and your goals. I appreciate his ability to adjust his schedule, as mine is all over. He will even come early and on weekends ! I am OLD!( I won't give my age) and since working with him I am in better shape and strength than when I was in my 20s. Seriously, these people care about you and what you want .Isaac along with the rest of the gang I consider family and will stay with them until I can't lift another barbell or do another squat!

After Meeting Nick at the Sundance to Spearfish marathon and getting some great advice to help me deal with an injury during the race, I scheduled a PT evaluation and running evaluation. SO MUCH GREAT INFORMATION and TOOLS AND TIPS to help me heal and get back to training. His time and attention and knowledge of running and how runners think make it easy to address my injury and seek treatment.
