I just wanna say I am so upset with it all l. A young lady was let go the other day do to what someone clam they saw. witch I feel wasn’t right after how she was there by her self for days weeks from when she started up till yesterday. she was let go because of he say she say. I didn’t feel comfortable going last night she worked her behind off and on top nice even when some of you would try to make her mad yea I’ve seen a lot that place was so clean when she started but yesterday I could tell she wasn’t there I don’t give you all(-planet Fitness-) 5starts no I give it to the young lady I hope they see what they did was not right if not in witch I know how company’s are. I hope you see this and I hope wherever you go they appreciate you it was a great welcome coming there and Knowing you while u was there.

I don't kno what happened to this place,it used to be fairly clean including the tanning beds.But now I feel like the tanning beds (an I tried all levels) are absoultey filthy.so much hair,dirt an just pure nastiness behind the arcylic and the bulbs are mostly burnt out.you used to see them cleaning in there all the time,again,I'm not sure what happened. I did go ahead and give it three stars though, because the staff is very kind But not sure they clean like they're supposed to. Not only that but 12 bulbs are out in one bed an half of the beds are down. EDIT** BED 7 LOOKS AMAZING NEW BULBS AN PRETTY CLEAN SINCE I POSTED THIS REVIEW

Great facilities/ equipment (new and upgraded machines in 2023), friendly staff and the gym is open all the time - where will you find this for such a low price?:)

first gym in the chain where I saw employees helping some elderly people to work out. I thought it was very humanized

It's clean and quiet. All equipment sanitized and clean. Love it! ❤️

Generally, I like the gym, but a recent "upgrade" took away most of the areas we used for stretching, yoga, etc. There are now machines or extra benches where there used to be open spaces to put a mat down. This was not very well planned, in my opinion.

Always love to come here. The people the place the location the equipment the massage chair and the tvs are clean and top notch. I come every day and ride the bus now

Was not as clean as most planet fitness's I've been used to. One of the staff members was not very nice and pleasant like most. Was somewhat condescending when asked questions about , membership. Almost as if she was challenged and had to challenge back without attitude. We'd had an issue with the membership black card a couple of other locations across the country. When asked about how it worked she was condescending about it.

Friendly staff. I love the idea of planet fitness in general. It's a great addition to communities. This gym has a lot of training equipment and is at a very convenient location for me. The gym is clean, the staff is great and helpful. If only it had a pool... But overall a great spot. It's usually busy after rush hour. I use the app sometimes to find times when it's not super crowded. I'm a little self-conscious and the whole non-judgement thing is important to me. So seeing when it's not super busy is helpful. Especially cuz I'm shy too.

I understand they need to keep the place clean. But why have men in the ladies locker room all the time when the place is starting to get busy? Good luck if you're changing or taking a shower between 4am and 6am.

Traveling to and from this place is a bit inconvenient for me, especially with public transport. I would love to stay working out here, but when winter comes it's looking like a deal breaker for me.

They packed it with all new equipment and put way too much of it in. Have fun trying to focus with people working out right on top of you.

It's my go to gym it gets filled quick after 2 pm but anytime before it's on point or late night

I feel bad for the managers, because it's clear that they can't find decent help. The younger staff members who stand around the front desk appear to be clueless. This place has definitely gone down hill in the last few years. Sadly, this seems to be the trend at many gyms these days.

They have the crowd meter set to lie to their customers. 3 out of 10 bars on the crowd meter tonight and you could barely walk in there without bumping into someone. Maybe a total of 3 machines not being used. Crowd meter should have been at 10. Im confident a fire Marshall would have shut the place down for being overcrowded. You have slim to no chance in completing your workout in under two hours unless you’re going 11PM-7AM. Any other time, good luck getting to the equipment you need.

THE ENTIRE STAFF IS KIND RESPECTFUL PATIENT PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ENCOURAGING AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGEABLE ALEX AND SEAN ARE AWESOME AND AMAZING GENTLEMAN

Everything is cool except checking in. I asked her was it another way to check in if I didn't have my phone and she told me no.

I go here every morning and the workers are always friendly and everything is clean.

In comparison to the Mentor location, this planet fitness was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The same boy at the counter greets me hello everything I come in. He was very helpful with my many questions I had about the massage beds. There also seemed to be much more equipment I noticed compared to Mentor and Painesville PF. Of course they have all of the same machines, but here there is doubles of most, if not all of them. There were even bar pads on every smith machine which was quite awesome because when I frequent the Painesville location they have none. I've only been to this location a few times, every time it was out late night, or some would say early morning. It was very peaceful and there were very few people. Besides this gentleman that was continuously slamming weights on the ground. Thankfully the employee sounded the lunk alarm, which unfortunately by the looks of things some of the older guests in there weren't too fond of the noise. They made the alarm for a reason, which I never knew it made an actual real alert until now. I'm glad I got to experience that. The bathrooms were very clean. The saddest part about my last experience was the tootsie roll shortage. My absolute favorite thing right after my workout is the tootsie I get to grab on my way out. I was so upset to find out there was not a single one left.

I enjoy that I can come in early in the morning and begin my day with a workout. This helps set good intentions for my food choices for the rest of the day. Overall the staff is helpful and the facility is clean.

The staff there is helpful and kind. They encourage me to keep going with my weight loss journey. They offer suggestions for ways to improve my time spent working out and my recovery during rest days.

Its a nice place to workout but its gotten really filthy. Literal piles of mud tend to sit around for a few weeks. The machines look like they havent even been swept/cleaned in a while. ;-;

Please don’t use these people or gym they are a joke, and they will scam you every chance they can out of your money no matter what you do! Not worth it!, go to your local YMCA they will work with you and have scholarships and so much more to offer and some are offering 24/7 for a small additional fee!!!! Do your homework! SCAM ARTIST! They even screwed everyone during Covid!!!
