The guy who works here is so insanely rude I would rather drive 25 minutes out of my way than go somewhere like this. He was nasty and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. fella must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Plus this place is dusty, musty and overpriced. 0/10.

Great selection, but I probably won’t be back. The clerk gave me a total, but after handing him my credit card he raised the price. Like a turnpike gas station. Come on guys. When you nickel and dime your customers, they will no longer be your customers. Worrying about the credit card fees will cost you more in lost customers than you will save. I would never even think about doing that at my store. Bad customer service.

The two times I have called and once when I went in the guy that works there was so rude to me. I will find another place!

Clean and has a pretty good selection of wine, beer and liquor. This place does have a liquor license so they do carry higher proof items. Some popular items aren't always in stock, but I'm told this is due to the regulations of alcohol shipments in Ohio.

Nice small mom and pop liquor store. Good selection of wine and especially spirits, some mixing ingredients, Open to 7pm. Loines usually are quick w/two registers. No real cheese or cigar section. Clean, and during the holidays, they have some gift baskets. Tax's are less here than the neighboring, CUYAHOGA county as this is GEAUGA county.

The guy that runs this store is consistently one of the most rude people that I know! I would rather drive past this place and to another store miles away than give him any of my business! Total jerk with the worst customer service ever. Stay away from this store.

Always a good selection, however the customer service could be better.

My wife and I found ourselves in the area and stopped into Wine Reserve yesterday. I am a whiskey guy and my wife likes wine. Their whiskey selection was pretty decent for the size of the store, though it did seem to be a bit unorganized. Their wine selection was more impressive than the whiskey selection (though I guess that should be expected by the name of the store), my wife grabbed a couple of bottles that she is unable to find in our area. We were in the store for a total of 10 minutes or so, during that time we were asked three times if we needed assistance, which is always much appreciated. Checkout was quick and easy. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the unorganized whiskey section, but I will definitely be visiting here again if I find myself in the area again.

Excellent selection and helpful staff. If you are looking to try something new or find out about other options for your enjoyment, they are very well versed and ready to help, if you ask.

Excellent variety and sizes of both liquers and wine. Tidy space, enough inventory to supply several parties every weekend.

I was there this afternoon. Found what I wanted very quickly. There was a man and a woman working there and they were both very kind
