I have been going here for several years. Today I showed up on time to my appointment, waited 10 minutes in line to check in and then was told that I was a "no show". The front desk lady was super nice and was like uhhh they shouldn't have marked that and you've been here, let me go and check. Comes back and told me that they won't see me because they are too busy. I'm finding a new doctor now, this place is completely disorganized and they have major scheduling issues. Complete waste of time.

Everyone in his office were all very kind. I was shocked by how much he researched me and knew about me from all the paper work, since I was a new patient. He answered all my questions and more. He really talked but more importantly he really listened to me. We talked for as long as I needed. He explained everything so I could really understand it. My son has gone to him for a couple years and thinks the world of him. I would definitely recommend Dr Z.

Used to be a great place. My doctor and his team are still great but the medical center itself has a new lab and new computer system. Over the last two-three months I've had to deal with multiple missing lab orders, a wrong specimen cup used so I had to go back and redo it, long wait times after checking in electronically (I sat there for 32 minutes just to hand them my specimen cup and there was no one ahead of me), and test results taking 4 or more times as long as before. I can't get my new prescription until I get my test results and I have been out for almost a week. The old lab you got your results same day or next day but now it's been a week and still no results.

Dr. Misischia was wonderful. Very kind, patient and attentive. I wish he could be permanent!

Went over all areas of my health. Explained new medication I will be starting.. Dr Esperitu and her associates are a great group of physicians.
