The pedicure experience for my husband was very poor. They have signs that say “quiet Zone” and yet when he had his pedicure, he was asked to turn his phone off. fine.. but then the client left to him talked loudly the entire time with both employees sharing pictures and talking loudly. Now should every experience we pay for in your establishment be relaxing? How is this possible when patrons and employees continue to talk!! Please put your signage to good use and assure your staff and clients abide by the Whisper/Quiet Zones of your establishment.

They are prompt and courteous. The environment is very relaxed. Diana is an exceptional masseuse. Very professional and really knows how to get rid of knots in the shoulders. Would recommend everyone go to her.

I don’t get my hair cut regularly, often trimming my all one length hair at home myself. I treat myself to a cut at Ladies & Gentlemen every now and then, and I’ve trusted that no matter what stylist I get, the quality of the cut will be excellent. I was surprised at how quickly the stylist cut my hair at my most recent appointment — usually when I tell stylists I’d like it all one length, they take a considerable amount of time ensuring it is straight and even and/or giving the bottom a bit of texture so that any slight variation is not obvious. She, upon my request, styled my hair with curls, so I didn’t see until the next day, upon straightening my hair, how inconsistent the bottom is. For a haircut that cost $70 plus tip, and from a salon whose stylists have always impressed me with their skill and attention, I expected much better. I feel bad writing this, because the stylist was friendly and engaging throughout my appointment, but I paid for a high-quality haircut, not a pleasant chat. I included the above text in my response to the automated survey I received shortly after my appointment, and I remain surprised that no one from the salon has reached out to me by now, a week later.

Sanya was fantastic. I’m so glad she did my hair. I had previously had a terrible experience and she was able to get my hair back on track. She’s also just generally a great human being. Can’t wait to see her again.

This is no longer a spa experience and don't let them tell you otherwise. While I had a great massage (Dani was great) the rest of the experience was terrible. From booking (when I booked my first appointment I wasn't told the masseuse required masks - so I rebooked) to no real service. I had to ask for a robe and sandles. I had to carry my own clothes - no locker provided. Was not offered water, tea, etc. when I checked in. Apparently the steam shower is no longer offered (but Dani did it for me - but there was a nasty stain on the floor). When I explained my disappointment to the staff at the front desk I was basically told they don't offer those things anymore. If I'm paying that much I expect a spa experience like Michael Christopher's, John Roberts, or Mario's. Don't waste your money here it isn't what it used to be. I don't know why the owner says not a real review. This is my actual experience - nothing is fabricated - it was truly not a spa experience. Go ahead - call them ask them if you get steam room access before and after your massage. You will see.

As a former student from Brown Aveda I know I’ll receive the best full service spa experience. I particularly book with Allen at Legacy Village. It had been a while since I saw him and he made sure I won’t wait as long for a future massage.

L&G is simply the best! The staff and services are exceptional. Michael Pavlick is the rock star men's stylist; Allen and Jennifer keep my back and muscles in order and the rest of the staff go above and beyond. L&G is my happy, calm place to retreat from the regular, daily grind!

Concierge Recommended - LOVED IT! Our family stayed at InterContinental Hotel Cleveland Clinic and my senior Mom was in need of a pedicure (with TLC). Jackie was so kind and caring and gentle and warm. Her empathy and understanding and dedication to making my Mother feel important and special...wow, A++ treatment. From the time we booked the appointment to our reception, treatment and payment our one-time-only family visit was exceptional. It was absolutely worth the 15+ minute drive -- I would recommend this place to all Cleveland Clinic patients in need of a little TLC.

When I moved to Cleveland, I was looking for a new place to get my hair done and found the Ladies and Gentlemen salon. It’s my go to place now and my stylist is the best!

I have been coming to this salon to get my hair done for years - it's always been good. So, I decided to get a gel manicure and I DO NOT recommend. The lady that did my nails did the bare minimum and took off only part of my cuticles without even soaking my hands in water. It was painful. When I asked about the other part of my cuticle she told me "that's dry skin" which it obviously wasn't. The manager did take 10% off after I let her know what happened. But the reason I write this review is because the gel nail polish started peeling from the bottom. I have never had this happened before and I certainly won't be going back for a manicure again. I recommend for hair, but stay away for nails. No good!

L&G is always a great experience! Today I made the big switch from going blonde to brunette and my stylist Kate S worked her magic! She was so friendly and attentive and did an amazing job with my hair! Will definitely be coming back!

I was late for a relaxing application that was not worth much money to them. They were gracious and allowed me to use another time slot. They facility was clean and very nice and the person who treated me was cordial, efficient, proficient, and enthusiastic. Big thumbs up.

I booked a 90 minute facial with Diana and it was magical! Not only was my skin glowing after my facial ( including a plant peel), her energy, positivity and professionalism stood out. I would absolutely recommend her. I am dealing with some break outs right now due to some hormonal changes, and she provided great recommendation and knowledge regarding this.

Ladies and Gentlemen Salon is a very luxuriously decorated hair salon in Legacy Village. The staff are very friendly and the person who cuts my hair, Lea really cares about making sure she gives you exactly what you want in a color, cut and style. Additionally, she has a great personality, making your time at the salon really pleasant.

I have been a customer for several years. What I like most about the experience is my stylist. I highly recommend Megan R. She is excellent. Very experienced, up-to-date with color, cut and style. She listens and offers great suggestions. Something else I like is that I'm never rushed, but she gets me in and out timely. And, an extra bonus, she gives a great mani and pedi.
