I
don’t
get
my
hair
cut
regularly,
often
trimming
my
all
one
length
hair
at
home
myself.
I
treat
myself
to
a
cut
at
Ladies
&
Gentlemen
every
now
and
then,
and
I’ve
trusted
that
no
matter
what
stylist
I
get,
the
quality
of
the
cut
will
be
excellent.
I
was
surprised
at
how
quickly
the
stylist
cut
my
hair
at
my
most
recent
appointment
—
usually
when
I
tell
stylists
I’d
like
it
all
one
length,
they
take
a
considerable
amount
of
time
ensuring
it
is
straight
and
even
and/or
giving
the
bottom
a
bit
of
texture
so
that
any
slight
variation
is
not
obvious.
She,
upon
my
request,
styled
my
hair
with
curls,
so
I
didn’t
see
until
the
next
day,
upon
straightening
my
hair,
how
inconsistent
the
bottom
is.
For
a
haircut
that
cost
$70
plus
tip,
and
from
a
salon
whose
stylists
have
always
impressed
me
with
their
skill
and
attention,
I
expected
much
better.
I
feel
bad
writing
this,
because
the
stylist
was
friendly
and
engaging
throughout
my
appointment,
but
I
paid
for
a
high-quality
haircut,
not
a
pleasant
chat.
I
included
the
above
text
in
my
response
to
the
automated
survey
I
received
shortly
after
my
appointment,
and
I
remain
surprised
that
no
one
from
the
salon
has
reached
out
to
me
by
now,
a
week
later.
