The receptionist could not find my grandson on his insurance because she was misspelling his name. Once she realized what she was doing—zoom—she got him in. We were called back to see Shelly. Nurse practitioner quickly diagnosed him and prescribed appropriate meds and we were on our way. It was a very good experience. My grandson is feeling so much better. Thank you Shelly

We have been to this clinic several times, the staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and very thorough! They have done a fantastic job explaining what they were going to do so that my son who has anxiety with doctors felt very comfortable! We have always been able to get in the same day when other places were completely filled up! I would highly recommend this clinic!

I had come here for a second opinion after going to UH Urgent Care on Chagrin Blvd. I went in for a high fever, cough, and wheezing. At UH I waited 3 hours for maybe 1 min total with the doctor and was sent home saying it was a virus. Fast forward a few days and symptoms were getting worse so I came to Well Now. I received prompt treatment (in and out in under 45 mins) which is so important when you aren’t feeling well. The nurse practitioner was empathetic and thorough. Since I was getting worse and not better they prescribed me antibiotics and within 24 hours I’m already feeling much better!

I have been to WellNow twice. Both times I was treated well and the staff is great. I will comment on the discharge instructions. Told to follow up with my primary care in 2-3 days. If I could get in to my primary care in a timely manner I wouldn't need urgent care. The last 2 times I called THEY told me to go to urgent care. So I am happy for the service you provide.

The office is clean. All employees were friendly and helpful. It is close by. Best of all, it is an urgent care will an X-ray area which is rare. Results were fast. I was impressed with everything and everyone there.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left it was nothing but a positive visit. All three people who interacted with me were friendly, efficient, reassuring and helpful. It was a very quick visit under 15 minutes in total. I checked in online but it wasn't necessary. The receptionist was expecting me and I felt like I was welcomed and appreciated. Second person got the vitals while telling me what to expect. Third person, the Nurse Practitioner, was cheerful and reassuring. Great visit.

My daughter had a terrible ear ache and her primary doctors office was closed. I walked right in and they saw her right away. Very clean and friendly. My daughter loved the pac man arcade and the fact that they had snacks. I loved how accommodating they were. It ended up being an ear infection and they got her prescription called in right away. So happy to have them in town.

Beyond impressed with the level of care at this facility and the SPEED. I’ve gone now for myself and 2 of my kids. I didn’t have my sons insurance card and the woman working the desk was ADAMANT that I did not pay out of pocket. She went so far above and beyond her obligation to handle our situation and helped me get my sons insurance info on a WEEKEND EVENING. What a caring human, we will always bring our family there.
