We booked Blue Wolf Events to cater our wedding at Stambaugh Auditorium. We worked with Alyssa Grahovac who was very professional, organized, and punctual. Alyssa communicated with the event coordinators at Stambaugh behind the scenes to help organize the event. She also helped us select our menu and gave us good advice on what foods would work best with each other. She was very flexible and accommodating when we made specific requests with our menu, which was very much appreciated! Alyssa always responded to emails in a timely manner and was able to speak on the phone/meet in office hours as well! On the day of the event, Blue Wolf set the tables up nicely and set the food/drink station up beautifully. They served (bride and groom) our plates personally, event though we had buffet service. They replaced anything that needed refilling and also cut our cake! At the end of the night, they packed all the extra food/cake nicely into packages for us to take home. They also took the time to pack us separate personal cake and food to-go boxes so that we could enjoy some cake and food when we got home without having to reopen the bigger to-go pans. Overall, Blue Wolf catering was awesome and I would highly recommend their services for events!

Perfection! I got so many compliments on the food at my wedding and I needed to make sure the praises were shared. Blue Wolf has some great prices, amazing selections, and a very responsive and accommodating staff!

Where’s the sausage? All the food tasted great, BUT no sausage could be found in the Sausage , Peppers & Onions. It was floating in a tomato sauce that tasted great and I used my roll to sop it up!

Food served for a large event was awful. Awful is the only description I can provide.

We has a fundraiser at Blue Wolf events at the Maronite Center. It had its ups and downs. Pros- Blue Wolf staff answered questions and if they didn't get back with me, I could easily call them. They communicated very well near the end. 2. Maronite hall was set up perfectly. 3. Very accommodating the night of the event when we needed a few things. 4 great parking at maronite center 5. Staff at event very nice 6. Let us in early to set up and we needed that. Thank you. Cons 1. This was the biggest challenge- we could not bring in any hot food. Therefore, getting donations for cold food was very challenging. Our members also spent hundreds of their own money buying food. We just wanted to bring in some pizza and it was an absolute no. Being a fundraiser, I thought there was be some flexibilty there. On a good note, they do allow guests to bring in snacks but most dueling pianno fundraisers include a meal. 2. Our tablecloths provider accidentally sent some cloth napkins instead of tablecloths. We are very grateful that they found extras in the back. However, many were stained with red and we still were charged full price. We made them aware but still full price. Maronite needs to keep their room functioning properly. Back chandeliers were all completely out. No light. The other lighting option was not good so people sat in a pretty dark space. Wrap up. 3.5 stars. Team demeanor was ok. Room was ok. Staff that day and eve was great. Thank you Lily and Cat.

The food wasn't satisfactory and they ran out of food. The bacon wasn't crispy 😕
