We had a great experience at the AT&T store in Aurora. I called to pay off our son's iPhone. Michael, the new store manager, gave my wife and I a great deal on the new iPhone 15+. We visited the store after our phones arrived to have them set up. Michael did an excellent job and showed us multiple discounts we didn't even know about that reduced our monthly bill. He also showed us how much we could save each month by switching from Spectrum to AT&T home internet and TV. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and delivers first-rate customer service.

Can’t say though great things about Michael at this store. Today I came to the AT&T store because of a problem with a screen time passcode. It was a frustrating situation, but Michael was so patient and helpful. We figured it all out and mission accomplished. Michael is super professional and the store is lucky to have him as a leader. That will be the only AT&T store I go to from now on!

I had an appointment to set up the new AT&T home internet. I had a very helpful and pleasant interaction! I left the store very excited for my new service and could not have been assisted better. Michael helped me and was awesome!! 👏🏻

Very attentive staff when asking about replacing my phone. Went back the next day. Justin was right on it having remembered me. He found my contract, and began to multi task setting up my new phone. I was out in no time, and very satisfied with a pink Otterbox.
