I set up my appointment today through Nicole and she really was amazing! Any question I had she was more than happy to help with. She was also just extremely friendly and conversational not to the extreme just enough to make you feel like you left a nice conversation and not just set up.an appointment. Honestly in today's world she's a rarity and honestly praying if I have to call office again she's the one that answers. 🤷‍♀️💖

Their process was very quick and easy. I scheduled my appointment and then later called in and was able to get moved to a sooner date. The doctor was very informative and helpful with what will help most with my medical history. So happy for the help they've done.

This is my second year using their service and they are so nice and friendly. The easy use of video appointments makes it super convenient to obtain a new card/renew your card. They have several payment options and even a payment plan if you need help with getting your services started. Also every doctor I have had so far has been helpful and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

A lot easier than I thought it would be! Should have done years ago! I was able to get my past medical records with the help of these awesome people! The telemed appointment was super easy. I got notice via text when to log in and an estimate of how long I would have to wait. The doctor was super kind and supportive, definitely no judgment. We had a mistake with my last name due to the fact I got divorced and took back my maiden name. I was able to contact them and they had it corrected in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and am so grateful

Hi, I was greeted with positivity and the representative was extremely kind and helpful. The process was explained in simple, easy to understand steps and any questions I had were answered completely. I was pleased to learn their fees were the lowest I had come upon. Once I provided the necessary information, I set my appt for within the week. I was sent a link to zoom meet with the doctor. He had received my medical records. We discussed my condition and he was kind enough to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a calm and unique experience.
