This was such an awesome experience! I went for a free Yelp Elite event and Scott and Jaime did a wonderful job hosting this event. The place inside is trendy with the funky art decor and there was plenty of seating for the size of the space. The really cool part is they had soup flights with a variety of wrap options to choose from. I tried all four of their soup flights and they were all excellent. I haven’t had a split pea soup in a long time and was so glad I was able to try it. Their pita chips that came with it were delightful. I also had an egg salad wrap and a turkey wrap. I thought the egg salad wrap needed a little more flavor but the turkey wrap was great! Scott and Jaime were so nice to host this event and I can see why they have so many great reviews. They put a lot into their craft and you can see the dedication in the quality of their food. If I’m ever back in the area I’d be happy to stop by again to get my food fix!

Great service and a helpful staff make this place a friendly little sandwich place. The food is consistently fresh and tastes good. The Julie’s falafel pita is super yummy. Nice lighting, interesting art, clean space, and great fresh and free citrus water makes this a wonderful experience.

Amazing place to go a get a bite, especially vegan friendly. The owners are unbelievably friendly and caring. They really take the time to make you feel you are welcome and taken cared of. I personally had one of the best Pastrami sandwiches ever there. Warm and smoky with a excellent 1000 Island dressing, I was very pleased with it. I highly recommend that you take a minute and get something to eat here!

We were in the area and stopped here for lunch. We had a bowl of Black bean chili, the Falafel Salad and the Papa's Portobello wrap. There was seating outside and the weather cooperated with that. It was awesome!

What’s better than wine 🍷 tasting? Soup 🍜 Tasting! Lol 😆 Okay, not quite! Maybe both are equally the same — after dropping by #Munch in Solon, Ohio for Lunch 🥗 this afternoon. From the moment I entered the restaurant I was greeted with love and presented with the best quality service as I explored the beautiful art in this vibrant and cozy shop. The staff and the ambiance made me feel reborn as I sampled various delicious 🤤 soups while getting a tour of their menu. My meal was delicious and I left the restaurant feeling like a new man. Munch is a Vegetarian restaurant! Its Cozy, colorful kitchen serves wraps, melts & sandwiches, including a range of vegetarian 🥑 & vegan options. If you are into healthy eating and love an atmosphere where all of your senses are cultivated/elevated, then Munch is for you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hidden lunchspot gem! Daily specials including three fresh made soups. Husband wife team worked the lunch hour crowd efficiently AND with cheerful personal interest. Bright cheery venue to eat in, or you can carry out. I had the "ROO" a pastrami on rye and I did the "melt."

Fantastic small, local place for sandwiches! Have come here as often as possible for lunch and they are looking to expand menu to include breakfast eventually and expect nothing less than excellent. Couple who owns it is incredible and so kind! Cucumber pickles are AMAZING

As soon as I was done with my lunch, I put my house on the market, so I could move closer to Munch! Seriously, though, I can’t say enough about how pleased I was. They were so friendly, and helpful and welcoming. I’m vegan and I’m used to feeling like an outcast and a bother at restaurants, but they made me feel right at home. They went over the menu with me, and gave me samples, and made me feel great. And the food!!!! Amazing! It was unique and mega-delish. And I had options. Usually I can find maybe one thing, if I modify it. But here I could actually decide what I felt like eating, rather than settling for the one thing that has no animals in it. It was also clean and cute in there. I can’t wait to go back. I’m going to tell everyone I know about this place! (btw, they have non-vegan options too)

Friendliest people on earth serving excellent food! Food is always fresh and flavorful and filling. The sweet onion soup made me feel much better when I was sick.

Tried their most popular falafel and it was so good I could cry lol. Owners are warm and friendly. Excellent place, they even have some meat on the menu.

I haven’t gotten back to Munch since pre-pandemic, but oh my gosh, it’s even better than I remember. The food is so refreshing, and genuinely makes me happier while I’m eating it. This is honestly one of my favorite lunch spots in Solon area. The hummus is delicious, the sandwiches are fresh and filling, and the people serving you are even better. If you haven’t been here, I strongly recommend you get your butt in there for a Julie’s tabouleh or the chicken salad sandwich.

I’ve been going to Munch for 7+ years now, they are part of my regular lunch rotation. The food quality and consistency is excellent, their offerings are good for most dietary preferences or restrictions, and their service fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about their frozen soup selection. So far I’ve tried the curried lentil and the cabbage. Both were flavorful, well seasoned, and satisfying. With lentil soup - I’m a big proponent of chunkier thicker soup- and Munch’s soup is chock full of vegetables and texture, with a really nice spicy kick. The cabbage soup is savory and I love that it’s got a lot of tart tomatoey flavor with a more savory (rather than sweet) profile. Highly-recommend their soups! What a great thing to have on hand for workday lunches!
