How Darden has fallen from Grace. Service was not only slow but almost non-existent. Salad and bread sticks took almost 30 minutes, soup took 45. The meal took an hour. Drinks weren't refilled, requests forgotten about. Food was terrible. Cheesy shells were freezer burned, lasagna was overcooked and mushy, Alfredo was broken, the salad had the crouton dust from the bottom of the bag all over it (see photos) We will honestly never be back. After spending $80+ on a fault of 4,it ain't worth it for some overcooked noodles and disinterested service. I don't know if it's high turnover, bad training, or management so bag no one cares but this was truly awful Oh and the bathroom was disgusting

The server was just nice, although maybe she needs training or is a new server? The same can be asked about the FOH crew with the lack of welcome or excitement to have us enter, I almost felt bad we came in to bother them. The appetizer came after dinner was done, bread sticks came after the salad was finished. The food came and was visually bla.. no garnish of any kind. Shrimp Alfredo was so.. white... boring looking and tasting. Missed opportunity to add to check average by ignoring my empty beverage. The tablet on the table was filthy and sticky. Had to use it to get the servers attention to order a beverage (a different add in than mentioned above) after the runner dropped the main course. (No one came to see how things were or if we needed anything after the drop.) No table maintenance at all. Straw wrappers, obviously done with salad plates and bowl were not taken away or asked about. The red blinking light on the tablet I had to use to get servers attention was never turned off after she and the runner came to the table, just left it blinking. I had to put my napkin over it. Maybe being in the business for so long my expectations are too high.. although someone there should know they are serving an experience, not just food. Will try again someday, also been doing this long enough that it could have been a night everyone was in weeds or short staffed although it was only 4pm.. ?

Went to celebrate a birthday. Ordered calamari appetizer. They came back & said they ran out. Ordered shrimp appetizer. It was delicious. Ordered shrimp scampi & it was so good! Very tasty with juicy shrimp, pieces of asparagus & lots of garlic! Yum! But service was a bit slow. Some one else at out table ordered lasagna & they brought it burnt twice. By the time she got it unburnt, the rest of the table was finished eating. Our server couldn't find any one to sing Happy Birthday with her to our friend & we had to supply a lighter to light the candle.

I want to say thanks to the servers and bartender here. We were on a long road trip and stopped in 20 mins before they closed on Easter Sunday as they were the only place open in the area. The whole crew was welcoming, happy and upbeat. They made us feel welcome and didn't rush us even though they were closing up . The experience was better than any previous time I have been at any olive garden and we were so appreciative. Thanks and great work we will definitely stop back on our way home.

Went to celebrate my granddaughter's completion of her 30 - day "Teen Nail Course" She is only 14 years old and she does AMAZING work! I wanted her to go to her [favorite] restaurant. Anyway, the young lady that waited on us was very very nice. The problem was she fell a little short on things like drink refills, putting that extra cheese on top of our meals when they came out fresh and hot, extra alfredo sauce when I paid for the unlimited. Not sure what happened. Oh! Let me add the grounds was clean as well as the location. The food was very good it was just those little things that can be a really big deal when your bill with a 15% tip for 4 people is over $130.00...would I go back??...Yes, I would, but Olive Garden I hope that you're reading this so that something can be reaccessed. Service date: 0722/23 (Saturday) Midday

I always enjoy coming here. You're automatically greeted by someone, who genuinely wants to assist you. She made eye contact & immediately asked for my name & phone number & explained the seating procedures. She in turn, asked us to have a seat until we received a text message. I appreciated that & thought it to be an efficient process. We waited about 5 minutes & was seated right away, by a very pleasant young lady with beautiful curly hair. Someone came, greeted us again & brought us plates; reminding us that someone will be over shortly. Our server immediately came over, greeted us & told us about the specials. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo which was a little cold but delicious. I didn't want to send it back, in fear of it taking too long to come back. Next time I'd just tell my server, if they could make sure my food's piping hot when it comes out. Overall, I've always liked Olive Garden and yes, I'd return again & again. Kudos to the staff! Great job! Enjoy!

The wait time to be seated was not long. The wait for food wasn't long either. I actually ate my dessert, the Black Tie mousse cake, before my plate arrived!! So good! I got the the chicken Parmigiana with spaghetti and my friend got the endless soup, Zuppa Toscana, with the house salad and breadsticks. The atmosphere was nice and so was the staff. We'll definitely return soon to try more items!

I recently dined at Olive Garden and wanted to share my experience. The garlic bread, Alfredo sauce, lasagna fritta, salad, and rigatoni pasta were all delicious, and the service was commendable. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. Despite that, I had an enjoyable meal, and I appreciate the overall positive atmosphere.

Olive Garden met my expectations. The bread was great, the salad was solid, the appetizers were decent and the main course was on Par. We had a party of 9 and there was no crazy wait to sit. We couldn't make a reservation because it was first come first served. The food took a while to come out...maybe because of how many people there were. Though, it wasn't disappointing when it arrived. We left full and satisfied. Took some food home. I think you need to know what to expect. This is Olive garden...it's not Red's Steakhouse or some High End Italian Restaurant with no prices on the menu. Come for the never ending bread sticks soup, salad, and a decent desert. Go Home Happy!

My daughter and I stopped there for a quick meal after a long day. The hostess didn’t greet us, we had to ask her to take our info for dine in. The restaurant was clean as was our table. Our waiter was nice. He greeted us, told us his name. I ordered the Alfredo with chicken and a salad and my daughter ordered soup and lasagna; of course breadsticks came with the meal. Everything was cooked to our liking and was fresh. I don’t often eat at Olive Garden, maybe once a year, it was worth the trip!

We ordered take out at this location. It’s very unfortunate because we always order take out here. We waited almost an hour after checking in for the take out order. After finally calling in to see what was taking the order so long, we then had a rude associate on the phone asking us for order details. After finally getting the food, we were almost lost for words on how cold and dry the food was. I normally never leave bad reviews , but this was unacceptable.

My mother invited my daughter and I. The young server was 100% on point. He was on the ball, super nice, professional. I wish I had put the review in that same day as I made a point to recall his name every time he would check on our table. I was so impressed with his service at his tender age that it gave me a glimpse of hope for our youth. 🤗Whoever responsible for raising him has done an EXCELLENT JOB!!!

Me and my fiance wasn't tended to upon arrival we spent about 10 minutes waiting to be seated and then we were told that there are no booths available but some people that came after us was seated in a booth. In which from what I seen there were plenty of booths available because the restaurant wasn't at peak capacity. The server wasn't to knowledgeable about the drink menu Our salad bowl was half full where it was more toppings than lettuce. We had to ask a busser for another salad and bread sticks then during us about to receive the main course they started turning the lights out in the restaurant while we were about to receive the main course of our meal. To add insult to injury we were charged for grey goose vodka in which neither of us ordered for our drink which originally didn't include grey goose.

Service started off rough but our waitress recovered very well. Salad was fresh but really overdressed. Pasta was old for one guest, and under done for another. Main entrees were overall tasty. My food specifically was fresh. Maybe a tad more seasoning would have helped overall satisfaction.

Your typical Olive Garden. Went in around 7pm and had a wait time of 25 minutes. We got seated in about 20 mins. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good. Like everyone else said their salads are amazing and I couldn’t agree with that more. I just found the crowd in the restaurant to be a bit extraordinarily loud around me. Other than that everything else was solid.

Food was good as always. Server was great! Prices have gotten beyond ridiculous. A pop $3.49! Ice tea $4.49!!!! Not acceptable! No longer will my guests or myself order anything but water to drink! Some things are NOT acceptable.

They still make a great salad even if they use only iceberg lettuce. I did like that they sent out extra sauce with our chicken scampi. I just would have liked my vegetables cooked a tad more. They were a kiss away from being raw. We still had a great time socializing with our friends and that's what elevates an ordinary dinner.

We went here for a nice dinner last night and it was outstanding. We had no wait to sit down, and our server was so polite and welcoming. She brought us breadsticks and refills without us having to ask. Our meals came out freshly made. The manager made rounds and checked in on all the tables -but it didnt feel like he was auditing his staff, more that he just wanted all the diners to have an enjoyable experience and was there to assist his servers/tables any way he could. It felt like a very well run dinner service and just wanted to relate our wonderful experience. If you haven't been to this location in a while, I would urge you to give it another shot.

I'll try to keep this short while still sharing my experience. I'll begin with the good. The service provided by our waitress Sammy was 👍🏽. She gave us her honest opinion on what to get and it paid off. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara with a Raspberry lemonade, they were both delicious. The brownie lasagna was also good. Now for the bad; the bread sticks tasted freezer burnt at the bottom. The salad 🥗 was decent, nice dressing. My mother ordered the chicken Parm and she didn't care for it. For her it tasted burnt but wasn't. It came with spaghetti 🍝 which wasn't good. It wasn't flavorful at all. She didn't like the meatballs either, so that's why I gave it 3 stars.

We visited The Olive Garden for lunch. We were seated immediately. I have to say it was nice not having to wait. Our waiter was awesome! He paid attention to every detail and had a jovial personality. We all ordered the soup, salad, and breadstick lunch, which we received quickly. The salad and breadsticks were good, but the soup was a bit too salty. I would recommend The Olive Garden for a good light lunch.

I've been coming to this olive garden for years now but it seems that olive garden is really cutting the portion size but went up on prices. I was highly disappointed in my shrimp scampi. The plate wasn't even full or covered lol very skimpy portion. Not sure if was just for today but it's never been this skimpy before. For 19.99.... should be just a little more for the price.

I ordered twice this week & both times my pasta had very little Alfredo sauce unfortunately, even when I got extra chicken & asked for extra sauce I still got very little Alfredo sauce. I’m going to attach a picture of me heating up my leftovers and you will see there is barely any Alfredo sauce.

The food was as expected, good. We were seated right away. The service was a bit slow. The waitress was very pleasant. However, they were short staffed.

Olive Garden is usually our go to safe place for good food and great atmosphere. We had to pick up a half sheet of tiramisu for our sons 20th birthday so we decided to have some dinner. One party order chicken carbonara which was so oily that it floating and bubbling. The tiramisu cake was sad and so over priced. Not sure will be back! Actual photo of the cake!

Service was so so... Hard time getting refills on beverages, and the server didn't seem happy. Garbage clearly visible in the hanging lights. Was floored by the bill... Almost $100 for 1 appetizers, 2 pasta dinners, and 2 waters.

I had a very nice experience. They may have been short staffed but they got the job done. I sat at the bar maybe an hour before close. The bar tender/server was so professional and present. Good job!

A family of 7 went after a graduation. We all ordered water and our food our server decides. He wants to bring us all sprite and charge us. Then he forgets about our do and we're telling them Hey we ordered blah blah blah. Then we were overcharched and then he expected to get a tip after you kept forgetting things and then reaching over our plates and he didn't look. Clean I asked for sour cream I was told they don't have sour cream but we have Mayo 2 totally different. Dean ten fifteen minutes later he's bringing a check at some boxes like Hurrying us to go that was my first time and definitely will be my last time

The restaurant had a very good staff and very polite servers. The restaurant itself could use a little bit of updating, as the tables and chairs have seen better days....but the food was typical Olive Garden and matched the franchise flavor scheme. Portions were a bit smaller than last time (thanks to inflation Nov 22) as compared to early 2022...but so it is. Nice place to have some good food and relax.

Being my first time here, prices are way cheaper than I thought. Food was excellent. Server was even better. When I got there a server just quit and I was very proud of our young server that didn't let that get to her and kept on doing her job. 10/10 attentiveness, customer service, politeness and helpfulness. Gave her a 25% tip just because of how proud I was of her. I just don't know her name but I would love for her to be my server again. Even stopped her and told her how proud I was.
