Stopped in the Mentor Sheetz. My wife wanted to try the 88 octane ⛽ fuel because it was cheaper. She prepaid her pump but when she hit the 88 button nothing happened, so she tried it again and nothing happened again...so she wacked the much more expensive 87 button and the button turned on and pumped. I'm sure the Ohio Attorney General would love to hear about this bait and switch tactic that's being pulled!

I have never seen a happy employee or a smiling face in this building. I’m a driver and tend to stop In a few times a day. The employees in the morning are rude and never say thank you. I happened to order food tonight. I ordered a snack wrap and got a slimy ranch and cheese filled tortilla without any chicken. I tried to call the store to have this issue resolved but have yet to get an answer. I don’t write reviews typically or ever, but as the store does not answer the phone I had no choice. This place is going down hill more and more every day. And the leadership has to be aware of these issues. I hope something changes and fast. Otherwise speedway is right next door, with a cheaper fountain and the same price gas. And they always seem to smile and say thank you. Ashamed to ever have called Sheetz my go to spot.

Great gas and convenience store with made to order food and drink options. This Sheetz store is very well maintained. They have a car wash and also electric vehicle charging stations.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Amazing food and clean establishment. My go to place for a grilled cheese and curly fries. I'm also going to mention the patience the staff shows with the crazy drunk customers. They're really annoying but the Sheetz staff is always professional.

The sheets in Mentor on the lake near 7214 Industrial Drive the people there are really nice. I messed up on my order got the wrong mozzarella cheese sticks and they happily remade my order.

Why would you have condiments and napkins at the spot where you don't pick up food? I'm sure the grouchy old lady loves telling everyone they are standing in the wrong spot: the spot where every other sheets puts up their MTO food.

It's Veterans Day, so my husband and I stopped in for our free turkey sandwich and were blown away by the service and all that we received for being veterans. The service was much better than some sit down restaurants. Thank you for honoring veterans.

Been going here less and less Just there bc there was nowhere else, ordered a Italian sub, a burrito bowl. And a app sampler with curly fries. Cashier was incompetent/rude barely vocal enough to hear. Took almost 30 mins, there was only 3 of us at the time inside. Didn’t get an Italian sub. Got something with ham on it and I think bologna? Half the condiments missing. Burrito bowl was portioned as a actual burrito so there was virtually nothing for $7 then the app sampler were over fried.. How hard is it to read a ticket and pick up a fry bucket that literally has a timer that goes off in time? Let alone hire someone who you can hear at the register that isn’t sitting on their phone like the customer is the inconvince

dumb cashier took friends card and cash for gas to split. did the card first and took all the money out of her account leaving us with 9 dollars for gas to get from mentor to cleveland and didn’t do anything about it and wouldn’t give a gift card and only a refund after 24 hours. stupid and unprofessional
