First time visiting this branch today and was very pleased. The woman with red hair and glasses who signed us up for a card was very helpful and kind. Went to the kids' area, and my small children had a blast playing with toys and reading some books. Everything is well kept and very clean ! Even has a big private bathroom with 2 toilets (one big, one small) and a changing table, which made things so much easier for my family. Will be going back again soon to explore the rest!

Went to Parma-Snow Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library and it was a great visit. It has a great layout. Located in Parma, Ohio.

This place has some real class acts, a couple real standout characters! So helpful and kind, I wish there were more folks like them working in all industries, from titanium welding to kindergarten teaching, spanning from clerical work to the higher ups of Wall Street! WE NEED YOU

Lots of famous authors come here, which is always fun. They have huge book sales, with books for everybody. And they are always very helpful and nice.

Really great looking library. They have big sections of fiction and nonfiction. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. The building itself is great architecture.

Great place to get some work or studying done. Not super crowded and the people there are generally very polite.

Beautiful library! Great for the kids, they have a big wing dedicated just for kids. They even have large letters thru out the kids wing that can he use as a game with the kids. Really clever.

Looks like most of the reviews are accurate when it comes to the staff harassment of customers.I say we all sue them.
