I
reviewed
this
library
before
but
it
seems
to
have
been
removed?
Nice
place.
Child
centered.
But
there
is
a
woman
that
works
up
front,
heavy
set,
long
hair,
super
fair
light
skin,
loud-ish
voice,
stoic,
older
mid
age,
sometimes
wears
glasses,
about
5
foot
7
maybe
who
is
so
unkind.
My
son
is
rather
docile
and
gentle
for
the
most
part.
He
was
checking
out
books
while
I
waited
by
the
bathroom
bench
from
afar
and
he
asked
her
about
some
fines
he
had.
She
spoke
to
him
in
such
a
disrespectful
belittling,
elevated
tone.
A
nearby
patron
took
my
son
aside
and
told
him
to
tell
his
parents
about
how
this
woman
spoke
to
him
and
not
to
allow
it
again.
At
this
point
I
intervened
and
told
the
clerk
to
remember
these
are
children
and
to
choose
kindness
to
whomever
she
meets.
She
raised
her
voice
at
me
and
spoke
to
me
just
as
nastily
and
hurtful
as
she
did
my
young
son
about
how
he
lacked
understanding
and
apparently
I
did
too.
Whenever
she’s
at
the
desk,
we
avoid
checking
out
with
her
or
use
self
checkout
as
much
as
we
can.
I’ve
lived
in
South
euclid
over
12
years
and
have
been
coming
to
this
library
since
it
opened.
I
had
always
had
pleasant
experiences
at
the
old
library
on
mayfield.
But
this
woman
is
so
rude
and
unkind.
I
know
the
after
school
children
get
rowdy
sometimes
but
they’re
children
and
we
are
adults.
Further,
we
visited
the
library
during
school
hours
so
the
place
was
rather
calm
except
a
few
toddlers
in
back.
She
is
so
unpleasant
almost
every
time
we
are
there.
Hurtful.
