Now I'm an flat owner of Merlin Uttara. The housing complex is amazing within my budget that is unbelievable. All amenities are there in the complex like elevators, community centre,swimming pool,gym,play ground for children, park with sitting arrangement, temple, intercom iin each flat with cc tv etc. All the staff are very cooperative. Moreover easy availability of conveniences.Market also nearby I.e.walking distance. Door to door services also available. So I'm happy to buy the flat in Merlin Uttara.

It's nearest about the hugly river. Good communication. NH 2 Only 100 meters, and nearest railway station is konnagar. Fully campus covered by CCTV camera.

Best complex for family and secure

Near society. The road outside is not great. Almost broken and needs repair. The inside is quite nice. The security didn't even ask me where I was going. That's a matter of concern though.
