so ratneshwar is a burning Ghat which is soniyo from shyamnagar railway station and new from shyamnagar kalibari jetty Ghat to this place is so amazing and completely surrounded by walls which indicates that this place very safe and the locality where predominantly non Bengalis. There is a separate bench where you can sit or have chill with friends. From this place the Ganges wear look so beautiful. I visited this place once or twice. The gateway to journey after leaving this world. This burning ghat is more or less clean and peaceful with all basic amenities available. I think its one of the better managed Burning Ghats of the area. Has electric burners which works well. River Hooghly flows by and one feels to be in a different world sitting alone in this place.

My father has been died in 2019. He lied here for last. I went to visit the place 20 March 23, on his 4th death anniversary. Many improvements l noticed regarding the building and the premises.
