went
to
Keya
Seth
Gold
and
Diamonds
recently,
I
experienced
and
observed
the
whole
thing
very
closely
and
going
to
share
this.
1st
thing
I
noticed
that
the
entire
building
is
well
decorated
and
well
furnished
though
the
staffs(except
a
few)
are
not
so
much
welcoming
from
the
entrance.
Now,
I
am
coming
to
the
very
particular
section
of
gold.
The
rate
is
always
high
than
the
other
renowned
stores.
I
choose
a
hand
jewellery
because
of
its
unique
design
but
due
to
size
issue,
I
gave
my
size
which
was
measured
by
one
of
their
staffs.
But
when
the
product
became
ready
to
deliver
I
found
it
was
not
the
same,
there
I
found
some
errors
in
the
design,
yet
they
were
constantly
denying
and
trying
to
convince
me
too.
But
when
I
proved
that
the
size
was
also
small
and
didn't
fit
me
then
only
they
accepted
their
fault.
It
is
not
the
all,
there
are
more.
They
told
me
to
deliver
it
within
20
days
and
even
after
23
days
they
didn't
dialled
me
so
I
did.
But
the
item
was
not
ready
till
the
date
and
took
another
week
for
delivery.
But
during
this
period
also,
they
need
to
follow
up
constantly.
They
had
no
liability
of
their
own
to
inform
me
of
delay.
And
finally
they
convinced
me
to
pay
the
80%
of
the
gold
rate
to
fix
the
rate.
But
due
to
high
rate
at
that
time
I
didn't
but
paid
60%
of
the
gold
rate.
But
when
final
billing
they
took
the
previous
rate
for
the
whole
and
it
is
basically
higher
than
the
current
value.
They
said,
as
I
paid
maximum
at
that
rate
so
it
is
automatically
fixed.
I
would
say
rather,
they
have
lack
of
transperancy,
lack
of
organized
way,
overall
it
is
very
messy,
not
a
sign
of
professionalism.
Yes,
the
designs
are
light
weight
and
deserve
appreciation
so
gave
two
stars
but
you
may
or
must
face
these
problems
while
purchasing.
They
need
to
work
on
these
issues.
