Very poor Customer service, I was just 2-3 min away from it's Gariahat Store, I called at store and said I am coming all my way from Belgharia and will reach at scheduled time which is 9pm. But the guy who received the phone they are closing and won't be able to wait. In current days when other stores keeping store extra hours open for pujo sale, here these kind of service level is very much disgusting.
