The quality of materials and working is very very poor. The local management responsible for repairing is negative and non cooperative. There is huge difference between their advertisement and the reality. I am one of the resident of Tower II, SOLARIS BONHOOGHLY . Regret that without see the flat I purchased it almost every flat owner's is unhappy.There is no email of the top management is aavailable to reach out them . Prospect buyers to think twice before buying.

Very Very Very Poor Quality Constructions and vvvvery Low and poor Quality inner materials of Apartments Flat. Totally wastage of money and totally useless.All are Facings many many problems. Total Area. Ground to top Floor... When we are complaining to go they are not taking any actions and charging us and charging money too. After Hand over the flat they don't visit and when we are complaining they don't look after the matters.... Only they sales the Flats and didn't look after the Services.... only they are looking for murgi customers...We are not taking the Flat of free of cost that you will give us worst quality construction and inner material... We have earned the money 💰 with very hard work efforts... The money didn't fall from the Sky.... Okay....

Very bad finishing, cheap material used to complete it. Harassed the customers so much regarding every aspect. Delayed possession, possession given just by letter, no hand over of keys and started charging maintenance charges. Took another 3-4 months to make the registration. Total non-cooperation from the management.

Nice value for money apartments. But mind it, you will be compelled to proceed with old GST as the builder has sold almost 95% apartments and has opted for tax options favouring their profit by availing input tax credit. This will be done without any consent from any customer.

It has a large complex that has been separated by towers. The terrace is also good and the elevators are operational. Overall, a good place to stay.

The road conditions are not so good, there is possibly some water logging due to heavy rains though in 2023 I didn't see but heard of. The flat outside looks good but inside it's not safe specially if you are at 10th + floor as the parapits are so small that one can easily fall if something happens.

Near both noapara metro station and borahonogor metro station ...location grt...beside b.t.road...i've booked one.
