The complex has its pro's and con's as every other aspect when looked at with some scrutiny, usually has so here are some of my personal views Some of the Pro's being the complex has a nice and quiet ambience with some good club amenities being present within the premises. The other added advantage is that the complex is in proximity to the Tollygunge metro station and some renowned clubs of Kolkata. Also it is well located within the Southern Area of Kolkata where commuting to other areas of Central Kolkata is easy. Some of the cons being there are some major maintenance issues being faced by the complex and quality of construction is also not up to the standard. Nice place to stay but definitely not a nice place to own an apartment as the maintenance bills due to inferior grade of raw materials that may have been used by the developer may result in constant expenses by the owner for the upkeep of the flat. All flats seem to have a constant seepage and dampness problem.

The society is spread over a wide area and very neat and clean. The towers can be seen from a long distance. Located in a very convenient place.

But it's overall a beautiful space with all basic amenities like a club house, parking facilities, pool and quick shops to buy essentials.
