Horrible. We are group of 9 travelled Arunachal & had a worst experience. The AC Tempo Traveller booked by them was horrible and the driver was unprofessional. The hotels booked by them in Tezpur, Bomdila & Dirang was worst. The best part of the tour- the coach had a break down problem from Tawang & they continued the same. On 15th October evening on way to Bhalukpong, it was totally dead in hilly road & we struggled to reach hotel by truck with family members. Paid extra money to book cars next day & the manager Sukanta is least bothered. If you book through them, you rest assured to utilise your money for getting stress. Absolutely ridiculous and not trustworthy at all. Think 1000 times before you start & cross check everything. We made this mistake.

Now days there are many tour and travels agency and it's become difficult to differentiate which agency will give best tour packages and quality services. In this hope many times we waste our money and does not get that type of satisfaction which we want.

WE BOOKED A PACKAGE TOUR IN HIMACHAL PRADESH THROUGH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AT THE TIME OF DURGA PUJA 2018. TEMPO TRAVELLER PROVIDED BY THEM IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND THE DRIVER IS VERY MUCH PROFESSIONAL.WE ALL ARE SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL THAT THEY PROVIDE US. SPECIALLY HOTELS OF KALPA AND SANGLA IS VERY GOOD AND IN A GOOD LOCATION. WE GOT WARM HOSPITALITY FROM THEM...HOTELS OWN COOK COOKED VERY TASTY FOOD.KALPA HOTEL'S MADAM IS VERY MUCH COOPERATIVE.I WISH TO GO WITH DEBBHUMI TOUR AND TRAVELS AGAIN....THANKS TO ENTIRE DEBBHUMI TEAM..

Horrible and disgusting. We were group of 5 including an old member, traveled North Sikkim & had a worst experience. The car booked by them was horrible and the driver was unprofessional. The hotels booked by them in gangtok, lachen and luchung was worst and below standers. In-spite of taking money in advances 3 months before from the journey date for all hotels @3000/- per day per room, they arranged cheap hotels (below @1000/- per day per room) for us. Though we made full payment before journey date in their office at kolkata, their so called manager in gangtok was unaware of our journey plan and payment. The manager in gangtok, Sanjoy was also a least bothered person. We have to paid again to book the car to complete the tour. If you book through them, you rest assured to utilize your money for getting stress. All their office persons will behave good before your payment but once you paid all they will not contact you or response you even you are in trouble during tour time. They are absolutely dishonest and not trustworthy at all. Think many times before you select them when you are going with your family. We made this mistake. I had to give 1 star to post my experience neither they are not eligible for that.

We have accomplished our first ever kalpa Kinnaur- spiti trip with them. The experience was excellent. They have hotels at such beautiful places in Himachal Pradesh which is beyond expectations considering their rates. They give hotels at best location and view. A few of their hotels are run by bengali staffs and they provide bengali dishes in off beat Himachal!!! This is almost priceless. Their tour co ordinators are very much concerned about their customers. I don't know whether it would be right to point out one but I must acknowledge the thorough guidance of Mr. Prabir Swarnakar. Right from rail tickets reservation till coming back home he has been through out been there. In the beginning he was supposed to travel with us but later the plan was changed for some reason. But he and the entire team of debbhumi tours & travels never failed to be by our side continuously. Each day they used to call us at least 4 times a day. They were unimaginably co-operative. We never felt any trouble or faced any problem which they overlooked. They are hands down the best people to depend. Frankly speaking we had very sketchy idea about how this trip would end up like. But their care for each of the customer have been so heartfelt that cannot be expected from this era where people think multiple times before believing any travel agency. I summarize my review like this: A. They are experienced in this field B. They are not money thirsty agents C. They take sound care of their customers D. They never disregards the opinion of customers E. I can not say about the other trips they offer but one can get best Himachal Pradesh trip plans with them. Thank you team Debbhumi .

We were a group of 10. Really good hospitality and the food was excellent. Aunty took good care of us and they were very humble and kind people. The rooms were good and we were very happy with the hot water.

I HAD COMPLETE MY HONEMOON VIA DEB BHUMI TRAVELS (REFEREENECE - MR. ABHIJIT BHATTYACHARYA ), IT IS BEST TRAVEL AGENCY, I FEEL ZERO TENTION ENTIRE JOURNEY , THE ROOMS PROVIDE ARE VERY LAXURIES ,CAR& DRIVER ARE VERRY WELL BEHABIOUR .

I and three others were in a Bhutan trip, organised by this company (c/o Prabir Swarnakar). It was a highly pleasurable experience all-throughout, starting from the moment, we de-boarded our train at Hasimara. The 24*7 transportation-vehicles provided for the entire scope of the tour, the multitude of lodging facilities at various halting places and the plethora of sightseeing opportunities were all par excellence. Overall, the entire trip was conducted in a highly optimal fashion, at minimal costs and additionally, the chauffeur (Bikash) we were provided with, was highly hospitable, co-operative and competent. I highly recommend this travel-company, if you are willing to bask in the splendor of tons of cherish-able memories, long after the vacation is physically over:-)

I have a wonderful experience with Deb Bhumi tour and travels. Recently I booked a package for North Sikkim (Lachen, Lachung, Gurudongmar lake, and Yumthung valley) with Deb Bhumi tour and travels. Mr Prabir, who organised our tour, is an excellent man, took all responsibility to make our tour smooth and hassle free. We were 12 person, among 4 aged with 3 kids enjoyed a lot in every places as the tour plan was perfectly scheduled. In every place we got excellent hotels, good cars, good food, and warm hospitality. Mr Prabir himself called me in everyday and made sure everything going perfectly. It was a pleasure experience with Deb Bhumi tour and travels also with Mr. Prabir. If you are traveling Sikkim, Himachal or any other hill station, i will recommend Deb Bhumi tour and travels. You can blindly trust them. They never think about money but always make sure to give you a good travel experience.
