Recently i have a visit to one of my favourite outlet of Barbecue nation. They have recently renovated their outlet and the interior is wonderfully decorated . The food quality is excellent. The service of the staffs were really good.

I like the food taste-wise each item was good and specially kabab was delicious. Best experience and if you also want to ever experience unlimited food of such great quality that you should consider it as a must.

Was very excited for my first time visit to barbeque nation. Sharing my genuine review. Will start with soup which was tasteless. I tried nonveg soup. Next was huge variety of staters. Service was good and on time . But all the staters were bland and flavourless. Liked few veg staters like spl potato mashed, pineapple, malpua and palak chat . After that tried this main menu . Trust me all were flavourless. Biryani chicken was insipid. Chowmein was too spicy. Chilly chicken was unappetising. Lastly the desserts available were of wide range and varities. All were good in taste. Winner was kulfi .

There has been a lot of change at BBQnation post pandemic. For starters, You get to see your table & seat being sanitized infront of you including your cushions. You would also notice no other table within the radius of approx 6ft is being occupied by any other guests. For once I won't describe the food & hospitality much, since I have become used to the taste , different type of dishes and most importantly the warm customer service that pulls me to their outlet often. For the Main Course , log in to your mobile devies to get to see their offering for the day and order them through contactless operations ( hope you know it's all inclusive of the buffet cost, hence don't panic. Links for ordering will be shared with you once you are seated at a table). All food will be served at your table any number of times that you request. This definately keeps up with social distancing norms. And finally, for the dessert apart from my favourite piping hot gulab jamoons & all sorts of fresh fruit, cakes and kulfi icecream (for specific flavours please visit their websites rather than expecting me to write everything) cashless payment method made my day. The taste of all food items starting from starters to dessert is very just perfect. They serve a very wide range of food, and Cater to variety of taste buds. Just love the place. They also provide Cake free of cost on occasion of birthday or anniversary.

I found this salt lake sector 5 RDB branch to be better than Park Street branch as I had a buffet lunch just a months back there. The anniversary cake at salt lake was worth eating and tasty and further they offered to pack the remaining cake for home, which is a good step indeed towards rationing the food wastage. Welcome drink is being offered on complimentary basis in Salt Lake which was denied in Park Street earlier. Butter naan, salads and a number of other foods they are providing on your table apart from the kababs, but the same was not available in Park Street branch. Overall food quality was excellent. Pathetic quality and taste of Vegetarian dishes. No variety no options. We visited on a Sunday, they just ignore serving vegetarian items. Paneer Tikka blunt, mushroom: not of good quality, spicy pineapple not served in squewer and telling me it is served like this only. Coming to veg Main course all dishes tasted like the ones available in a road side stall. We requested for cheese garlic naan and it was served without cheese and when told them..their reply was the cheese got burnt.😂 And at last the Dessert... Utter rubbish: Walnut Brownie had no trace of Walnut, it was dry, the perfect example would be the Rs. 10/- Britannia chocolate cake. Hot gulab jamun tasted like refined flour balls...that too just kept cold. The birthday cake served .. terrible. Though the staff was courteous but the experience with the food... Horrible This is the first time I had such an experience at Barbeque Nation.

If you say to suggest a buffet , then there is no confusion to suggesting the Barbeque Nation . I think one of the best place for food lovers to have buffet . Specially the starters . The kababs are awesome. There is various types of kababs . And no limits . They will give one type in every 2-5 minutes . Then talking about main course , almost everything is available . Plain rice to biriyani , mutton to egg , paneer . Tastes are very good . After that talking about desserts , you will seriously confused what to take and what not . That much number of choices you have. But the koolfies are really good . Talking about sweet there is hot golab jamun and halua . Oh also complementary drink is there..you have to choice what to take . All total it worth the money . And one most important thing don't go late , there is so much to eat so you should not be in hurry , if you going to have lunch then go atleast before 3pm because they closes the lunch time kitchen at 5 . And also after 4 there is some less availability of good pieces of mutton chicken mainly main course goes on crisis of it's original quality. So go earlier then you can enjoy the buffet most .

This is in Kolkata, the atmosphere here is very nice, we went here for a family friend trip, we booked the start of 8:30 in the night and they had a lot of fun there. The starter here is very good, the starter here will have at least 10 quality starters. The behavior of the staff here was very good, safety has also been taken care of here, as well as you can spend and enjoy your good time here.We had starters like Paneer Tikka, Paneer Manchurian, Aloo Teeka and many more. Whose test was very good, after that you can take a soft drink here then take the main course, here there are both veg and non veg items. The main course also had a wide variety of items. Salads were of two or three types. After this there was a lot of collection of sweets and pasty. You can eat as much as you can for 2 hours, here the head comes 1000 but you do not have to stop eating, you can eat as much as you want and eat whatever you want, as well as there was an install of Kulfi in which There were four or five varieties.

Had Lunch. It was less crowded at 12:30 PM. Big areas. Basically it is middle of the IT location in Sector 5. Gave us the choice to choose our seats. Then our server was Joydeep. Excellent service by him plus the manager incharge their. Plus other staff were cordial. Maintaining excellent covid protocol. Now for starters - Cheese Mushroom, Paneer tikka, aloo roast, pineapple honey roast, crispy corn I liked it. With Panipuri. This was veg item I liked the most , Except one starter which was too over fryed. Next was non - veg starter fish, chicken , mutton . All was less or no spicy , but as we informed they immediately made spicy for non veg ones. In main course their was veg and non veg Biryani. I felt some veg preparation was okay but what I really liked is Biriyani quite different worth trying which I will try once. Dessert section they have variety which Can be tried. Worth the visit after the long time. If I compare with Barbecue Nation of Ahmedabad , Baroda, Mumbai, Hyderabad it's different in terms of taste, quality. It's mostly family section so it's can be understood that spicy is less but it can customised.

It was around 2015-16 while I started having their buffet during my office days at Sec 5. Good to see it reopened in a new way. The new structure with nicely renovated dining space. All I can say I always use to dig in for their scrumptious on table grill kebabs and desserts. They didn't let me down. The kebabs were good as usual (both veg and non veg). Thanks to the chef for providing us some snacks like phucka, papri chaat and others. All you need a proper refreshments while having a buffet. Virgin Mojito was perfectly done. In main course loved the chicken and other dishes like paneer, noodles but they should look again on the biryani and mutton part. In dessert don't miss out their Kulfis specially pan Kulfi. You will get brownie, ice cream, pastries, malai, angoori gulab jamun and so on. Recommended - Fish Kebab, Prawn Kebab, Chicken Kebab, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Grilled pineapple, Cajun potato, crispy corn, angoori gulab jamun, Kulfis and snacks from the snacks counter and Virgin Mojito.

Located in sector 5 opposite Infinity benchmark building. The buffet is widespread with a range of options in both vegetarian and non vegetarian. However the food taste and quality can improve. They have many dessert options as well. The best item here is the mutton at live counter for main course and pan kulfi in dessert. Most highlighting part is the staff warmth and courtesy. Server Rajkumar was really good and warm in his service.

As per the price you pay, you won't be satisfied by the food served. They are well known for their buffet servings but except the starters that too few of them rest are not good at all. Main course is something you'll skip mostly because of the taste, they really need to work on their main course and starter section. The dessert section is something you'll be looking forward to, that is really damn good. Mocktails were good. Staff service is genuinely good, they'll be there to serve you from the minute you're there. You can give it a try but won't go again.

I visited here before corona pandemic. That was my first experience in BBQ. After that i try so called big hotel buffet in kolkata like jw, westin, novotel, sonnet so on... But i thing I honestly say.. BBQ is best.. From starter to desert it was awesome. Must visit any of branches in kolkata. I would like to go once again.

I go once in 2-3 months for sure. One of my favourite restaurant. Not to say much about it because so many of you have gone & reviewed enough. Only one thing I want to mention that in other cities ,they have more variety & free drink, here in kolkata I miss that thing.

The starter and dessert was tasty as always but the main course needs improvement. All the starter items was pretty good in taste. Service was moderate, when I asked for an item twice, it either didn't come or came very late. In the main course many items like soup, mutton and fish curry needs improvement. The main course taste is not good. The dessert section was good. The firni they serve is really bad, also the brownie is not nice . The pastries and icecream is good. The kulfis are really nice, specially the paan kulfi and chocolate kulfi.

My husband wanted to visit this place since many days. We finally decided to go for lunch last weekend. Since im a vegan, i barely had any option to eat except for the veg kababs, pineapple and fuchka. But to my surprise, 3 people namely Azaruddin, Joydeep and Chef Khokon Sheikh, understood all my requirements and prepared excellent food for me. I was truely overwhelmed that they managed to cater to my needs inspite of the rush during the weekend. Im thankful to them. However i would personally request Bbq nation to slowly incorporate vegan options too as there is an increase for vegan food in the market too. Orelse our overall experience was too good.

How much can a person eat ?? But the most amazing fact, that made the food secondary was the staff. God knows how they have been trained. They can not speak English, however with a very sweet smile they shall great you, introduce themselves and explain all the items. It is just an experience to sit and watch them explaining the food.

It was just amazing! Worth every penny! Specially rating it 5 stars based on the behavior and hospitality of the staffs, starting from cook to waiters to everyone. They came asking for review of their food and I just didnt like the taste of the roasted cauliflower , I just thought it might need some more flavours and told it about to them after knowing this they gave me Chilli gobi in return which was ading by taste. The chef himself came and spoke to us and was super humble. Salt lake BBN is best for their staffs specially!

An excellent buffet well worth the money. The starters and desserts were amazing with lots of options to choose from. The main course was also very nice. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They even offered to change the taste if certain dishes based on our recommendations. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a non veg buffet. Sorry but the take away food quality at BBQ saltlake is worst. It is very rich, slightly staled and bad in quality. Even some of local eateries far better than this. This was the first time I took a takeway food from BBQ saltlake sector 5 and I am totally frustrated with the quality of food provided, I now feel cheated for paying such hefty amount for such pathetic quality of food. Will never ever go to BBQ nation again.

We really had a great time today at Barbeque Nation Salt Lake. All thumbs up for the hospitality. We were a group of 32 people, among which 25 of us were physically handicapped( people who were deaf and mute from birth) who were our parents, the staff at the restaurant showed extra politeness, had a humble approach to address to the demands of ours, a very generous hospitality indeed. Thank You Barbeque Nation, to make the visit so special. Not to mention seperately but the food was at par with its on going standard, which is already a benchmark. The occasion was my in law's Anniversary. We chose Barbecue Nation. Food as the starters all were amazing. Main course needs work, especially mutton Rogan Josh. However, the head chef was generous to come to the table and get a feedback. Unexpectedly, he suggested to take a bite of 2 pieces which he insisted to try. And that was just the right mutton Rogan Josh. Told him if this can be served for all, he accepted it. Overall, I was full and satisfied with the food & service. Not to forget the Anniversary cake that was great. I shall return for yet another experience. Till then....

This is the first time I went there for dinner. They didn't provide the complementary drink (only for lunch), the variants of starter ware lesser than usual. However the taste and quality was really good (didn't like the mushroom though) and servers are quick and efficient. Kulfi ♥️

Buffet menu is good.. variety available...good place to hang out with friends and family... kebabs are a special recommendation... ambience is good ... service is nice

I didn't find the food worth spending money on. The food was not upto the mark . Ambience was good and cozy. Food status has to be improved. The desserts are pretty tasty and varieties of desserts make it worth trying it out but the main course dishes and starters were not satisfactory. The staff was decent .

This is the first time I am having buffet in a restaurant. Overall great experience. The appetizers were outstanding. But the main course needs a lot of improvement. The chowmein and chilli chicken was horrible. The desert was moderate. Only 2 variety of ice cream present.

Very nice Behaviour by staff.. Very cooperative.. And even if u dont like taste of any dish they will make it according to urs taste bud!! They ask you review after serving each dish.. Great food and best service. All the staffs were very polite and ready to help incase you have any issues. Had issue with one item and they instantly offered a similar item which is specifically cooked and tasted much better. Thank you for the complimentary anniversary cake.

Really amazing place for food lovers 😋 with great food and service. Have loads of options on unlimited starters and maincourse on both veg and non veg items. Also dessert , ice creams and kulfi . Pan kulfi is a must try. The in-house chef and their team members are excellent and willing to give you great service. Also take care if you have any special requests or suggestions. Not to mention they provide complimentary cake if you go there for occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. In short a must visit place for food lovers.

Absolute Barbecue is far better than Barbecue Nation. It charges more, plus they do not have the dishes available all the time. Also I got allergies while having brunch. Went AB’s 10+ times and never got any rashes on my body.

Went on Dashami at 12 pm Since we were on an early batch the quality was good All the starters were great But for the main course even though it was pujo special the items were subpar in taste Only a few were okayish When you are paying such high price you expect all the items to taste good 🫠

It was a great experience, we had a buffet for 2, and enjoyed it a lot, everything's taste was great except the Prawn and Fish kebabs, from my side i wont suggest ocean foods. But their services were top notch ⭐.

Went for weekday dinner. Ambiance - good ambiance, clean and well lighted. Food - good assortment of food items. For non veg; mutton seekh kebab, fish fingers and grilled prawns were really good. Overall good spread. Service - nice service, the starters were promptly filled. The cleaning of soiled plates took time though. Server - Abhijeet, did an excellent job. Overall it was a great dining experience, staff was nice and polite.
