They have good collection of jewellery. All the designs are unique and good. They update their collection in every week. The behavior of staffs are very good. The making charges are always high. Average making charge is 20%. But they have many scheme for which you will get 0% making charge.

It's located near CC1 Mall, good location to find it. Behaviour of all staff's are really interesting. If you want to make any jewelry it will take at least 1 month. But ready made collections are huge. It's a bit high price over here but trust worthy atmosphere and interior decorations worth considerable.

3 years ago when i visited this showroom i was really impressed with their behavior and helping nature. But yesterday I noticed a completely different story. It seems like now they have hired inexperienced employees. They were offering water/tea/coffee to selectively some customer only. For any product priced 1 lakh or more , making charge discount is 18% but even if u buy product in the range 70-80k ,discount is 10% only. They are reluctant to give any further dicount. So, any one planning to visit kalyan jewellers to but below 1 lakh,please avoid.you won't get any attention from them.

Collections are very good and unique, staffs are very helpful to find the good design. Especially in this COVID-19 situation, all are facing some issues to go outside but Kalyan Saltlake branch providing sanitizer,glows and mask.

I visited last weekend at this showroom and purchased a ring for me.the staff was very polite well behaved .and they use every safety measure for the customers .

Very poor there is no growth for staff who working in Kalyan jewellers they only know how u to use staff n throw out the organisation so poor

Eye catching designs and collections are there . They have huge variety of diamond, gold, kundan, platinum and silver. Gold rate is lower than others . Well behaved staff and manager . Roadside location n Car parking is also available there .

Worst place to buy ornaments. Do not go to this place, they have taken a good amount of space but they do not know how to behave. Men wearing tie next to the cash counters are mostly notorious and they may insult you at any point during the buying process with thier behavior or rotating eye ball every time you ask for choices. One have to really shameless to visit this place twice as the non-verbal communication is that either "buy whatever I am showing you or just get out from my store" !!!

Located at perfect place near to city center. I have preferred Kalyan jewellers and specially like there temple jewellery collection. Customer service here is very good and welcoming . They tried to understand our choice and are clear about weight and charges for customisation. We did my friends wedding jewellery shopping from this place.

Size of Store and available choices in designs is bit of mismatch. Just in case u want to know making charge on good jewellery, it's 25% in general. Purchased few items, good customer service experience.

They have good management and courteous employees. Before visiting their outlet please keep in mind that Making charges of their product is quite on higher side but yes nonetheless to say they have exclusive collection whether it's for wedding or in general. Thanks 🙂

Very large, neat and clean showroom, spread across three floors. Separate sections for gold, silver, diamond, and platinum jewellery. Personalized attention by the sales executives. Complimentary tea/coffee and bottled water. However no dedicated parking and it takes way too long for the billing process.
