    Few officer of BOB of Patipukur branch are rude and incapable on that designation, and in co operative with senior citizenship. Bank service is good.

    All machine are dead, scanner is not working from more then 20 days, they ask me to go another bank. Worse and rude

    All kinds of Banking facilities are available for their castomar. Well behave of staff of the bank. I am not a customer of the bank but one day l need changed, staff of Bank help me to do it.

    Worst Banking System & staff also. Mrs. Somya Rana is Loan Manager. She is very careless and inefficient as well as non responding person.

    Most of the officers of BOB of Patipukur branch are rude and incapable on that designation and their behavior with customers are not co operative and very rude . Otherwise the bank service is good.
