Just pathatic. We went to purchase some shoes and bags today. But the system they were using is just laughable. As if customers are there servants. They are tearing a small piece of paper and writing the code and telling the customer to pay and bring the bill to them. This was repeated at every section. We have to move from sections to sections to buy and collect our stuffs. Which we purchased not donated by sreeleather company. Staffs were arrogant. The most harassing part was on the way out. The security has every right to check. But the way they were behaving as if we all were shop lifters. Sreeleather has got a special place in bengal as a proud brand. But sorry to say it wont last very long.
