The interiors are beautiful and it's really spacious. I like the hospitality of the staffs and the service was quick. One can find a lot of options to choose from, be it in veg or non-veg . We've ordered 1) Veg combo which includes french fries and coke. 2) Veg burger. A quick suggestion, before placing order please do check offers/visit their website or else it can cause you a lot of money!

I have been to this outlet quite a few times and my visit had been usually satisfactory, but my last visit to this outlet was not worth the while, even after repeated reminders to not add ice to my drinks, i was served Pepsi float filled with just ice cubes and some ice cream. The staff working here are just horrible and they don't pay any heed to what you say to them. There remains rush in this outlet and just because of that the staff behave rudely, not once will they give you a smile.

The Burger King restaurant has a good atmosphere with portrait frames decorating the walls, giving it a homely touch. One cannot ignore the delicious aroma of their french fries. The golden crispy fries are well-loved by customers and always freshly made. The restaurant succeeds in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for customers to enjoy their meals.

It's Burger King.. I don't have to say anything.. It's just so much costly nothing else.. For 2 People the Budget should be 1k.. Burgers was good.. But not worth the price I must say..

This is at Eat Street! Situated exactly opposite lane of Sreeram Arcade main entrance, just a few steps behind City Mart, Esplanade. Frankly speaking the quality and quantity of the food is not upto the mark. They may be a great franchise all over the world, but this outlet is not at all worthy! We ordered the BK Grilled Chicken Burger meal along with Coffee, but the taste and the portion of the burger really disappointed me. The coffee was good though. They serve complimentary french fries, which was so so.

If you are a burger lover that this place is heaven. They definitely are the best when it comes to burgers. Price is reasonable and quantity is good. Overall a very good experience. I have taken Double veg whooper, it's dam good and price worthy according to taste. The interior of the new market branch is good and spacious, there is a proper sitting arrangement. Must visit there if you're visiting New Market for shopping.

This store is in a very crowded place, so the store is also crowded mostly. However, the service is quick and satisfactory. Staff are courteous. Food quality is good.

Went to this outlet for the first time. It's very crowded because of the location. The man counter suggested us to order online for offers which was pretty good. We had a good time. Food was okay. Didn't like the bun of burger it was saugy. CC1 outlet is better that this.

Burger King Kolkata offers a decent fast-food experience. The burgers were satisfactory, and the service was acceptable. However, nothing stood out as exceptional during my visit. It's an okay option if you're looking for a quick bite in the area.

My go-to Burger King joint. Plenty of spaces, good staffs, warm ambience.. Having no McDonald's nearby my place, I've been fond of BK and it never disappointed.

Visited this particular outlet for the first time. Service is ok. AC was working really well in this summer. No parking available.

We just had our lunch here for the first time and the experience was kind of mixed. First of all the outlet is very photogenic and clean, with very good lighting and seating arrangement. Coming to the food, we had ordered crispy chicken burger and crispy chicken wrap. For me the price was very affordable for everyone, but the taste too me is very normal and okk. Wrap was poor in taste. If your are finding an affordable option to u can grab this place for sure. But compared to the KFC, burger tastes very mediocre. I hope they should add a competitive alternative to KFC.

Located inside New Market area in a connector lane. Went for a quick lunch with my friend. Ordered Chicken Boss Whopper combo . It includes, 2 Chicken Boss Whopper Burgers 1 French Fries 2 Pepsi 2 Dessert Good and fresh. Taste is like any other Burger King outlets. A bit crowded as it at the heart of the city. Overall good experience.

Visited Burger king New market on 14th June.. It was real good and quick experience.. Staffs were polite and helpful. Moat imp everything in the menu is available.. A quite cozy place.. I took the king egg burger Meal.. 1 king egg Burger, french fries and i choose 1 iced lipton tea.. Simply wow and with tax it was total rs 184.. Pocket friendly as well. 12.9.22 Updated Review.. They have BK Cafe now..and today it was raining a lot and I visited the place.. They served the Classic Breakfast menu soooo fast. Cappucino+hash brown+crispy chicken burger was 159 rs combo with tax it was rs 166.. All was good but the Cappucino was awesome...which i told them..the staffs over there always friendly

I'm all in for a good burger meal. But burger King disappointed me a tad bit. The ambience and service time is great. They were ready with my order within a few minutes. But to start off with, I couldn't redeem my burger king points (1200+). I couldn't order online which means I missed out on some good deals from the app too. Now for the burgers I'm pretty sure they have good whoopers which is what made the company what it is. But I went with the cheapest burger on the menu at this outlet, a classic veg burger. That's just my way to understand if any restaurant focuses on the bottom line just as good as the top line. And honestly I'm a bit disappointed with the burger. It was bland to say the least. The fries weren't that great. They're good but not great. But overall I think the menu is affordable (meal starts at Rs 99 and burgers start at Rs 50) and I'm pretty sure their higher shelf burgers are better. For instance I had the chicken makhani burger in the Burger King outlet @ city centre 1 mall and it was pretty great. So recommendation would be to stay clear of the veg burger. You can definitely go with whoopers. Also avoid fries if you can. They have good ice cream and smoothies.

Burger King Esplanade offers a decent fast-food experience with a variety of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Their Royal Paneer burgers and Mango shake are a must-try. However, the service can be slow at times, and the prices are slightly on the higher side. Overall, a decent option.

Food quality was quite good and the ingredients were fresh. It's a nice and affordable to eat and hangout. The decorations and lighting are so good. Lovely atmosphere and surrounding with delicious an yummy food items. It's very spacious and beautiful interiors. It gets crowded in the weekend and definitely a fun place to visit with family. Well quite prefer their food more than MC Donald's. They are cheaper and better. The chicken volcano is the best. The only problem one face in this outlet is that they have stopped taking offline orders and one has to place order online even when in store.
