The
first
thing
you
notice
about
the
place
is
the
breathing
decor.
It
has
an
aesthetically
designed
interior
filled
with
curious
knick-knacks
a-la-Ray.
I'm
telling
you,
if
you
are
an
admirer
of
Satyajit
Ray,
you'll
find
your
heaven.
If
you're
into
taking
those
adorable
selfies
for
your
Instagram,
every
corner
of
this
place
offers
aesthetic
sepia
lighting
and
background.
As
you
walk
in,
you're
greeted
with
a
warm
and
welcoming
smile
of
the
owner/host,
Ranjabati,
who
single-handedly
runs
the
cafΓ©.
Now
the
food,
the
menu
is
diverse,
interesting,
and
mostly
importantly,
affordable.
College
students
will
love
this
place!
We
tried
their
chef's
special
Chicken
Scallop
Fry:
a
crunchy,
perfectly
seasoned
chicken
cutlet,
doused
in
cheese
sauce.
It's
gorgeous!
The
next
thing
we
ordered
was
the
pasta
in
white
sauce.
Again,
chef's
kiss!
π€πΌ
We
washed
it
down
with
a
cup
of
refreshing
lemongrass
tea.
(Did
you
know
that
if
you
order
it
'for
the
table',
you
get
a
teapot
that
has
a
little
over
4
servings
at
the
cost
of
3?
You're
welcome
π)
I
couldn't
help
but
order
a
cold
coffee
with
ice-cream,
which
came
with
a
wafer
on
top!
We
ended
the
meal
on
a
sweet
note
with
a
brownie
with
ice-cream.
Now,
guys,
if
you
have
a
craving
for
something
chocolatey,
drop
everything
that
you
are
doing
and
rush
to
this
place
just
for
the
brownie
with
ice-cream.
It's
a
hunk
of
warm,
fudgy
brownie,
dotted
with
large
chunks
of
chocolate,
topped
with
a
generous
scoop
of
vanilla
ice-cream,
drizzled
with
chocolate
fudge,
sprinked
with
more
chocolate
chips/rainbow
sprinkles,
and
a
wafer.
I'm
letting
the
universe
know,
if
the
heaven
doesn't
have
it
there,
I
ain't
staying!
Lots
of
love
to
Ranja.
You're
a
gem
of
a
person.
I'd
be
sure
to
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
and
everyone
in
my
contact
list.
110/10!
I'd
be
back
soon.
