Update: 5th Aug 2023 Billing is still an issue, their counters stop working unexpectedly and you have to wait until the issue is fixed. Downgrading to 1 star from 2 stars. Revising my rating after a few visits. Time taken for billing is too high and they always need your contact number even if you are a girl/women. Prices on the rack is different from what they bill for several products, you should always be cautious about this. 2 incidents happened in front of me. Will revise the ratings if they improve the mentioned issues.

Good store This area is first Grocery Mall and also Tata company Store so product is best price is lovest fresh vegetables and fruits also available and Star home brand sky ,Febsta,kila lover price then other products is quilty equal

Worst mall because whenever you go and buy something there, their computer card and billing machines never work properly and stuck and hanging everytimes. last time i wait and stand on bill counters 20 minutes for payment but their computer never work they have also never exchange of money many times.👎👎 workers and staff behaviours are not good workers shouting and fight with each workers...managers don't care anything...even sabzi mandi 10000 time better this mall... D-mart,ossiya and reliance smart bazar is best but STAR mall is not good now. Sorry but it is fact and many consumer also considered it

Good place for all our daily needs and good at customer service as it is TATA

Its really great shopping place for everyone. Very good environment, cleanness, staff etc. Must visit, If you are in VASTRAL then this place is very close to you. you can go with your family or friends for SHOPPING, FOOD N LOTS OF FUN. it is a great place for u in VASTRAL And best things is that you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables here. I have always enjoyed shopping here in that there are so many different kinds of fruits and vegetables, as well as other items for household groceries, and there is also a nere zudio mall nearby where I can buy new clothes.

Nice place for shopping groceries and other stuff, Must visit Discount on branded items And Also, they have fresh vegetables and frozen department too.

Positive: Almost all daily essential items available here. Negative: Checkout counters are very slow. Average wait time is 15 minutes during peak hours. Online payment service requires regular checks.

Less billing counters creates more crowd and more waiting on weekends.
