This is a junction connecting major city and commercial port in Tanzania namely Dar es Salaam to upcountry, it is located around 100km from city centre and you can get there by bus trip which will take around 2hrs. This is also key junction connecting major corridors for getting to neighbor countries like Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia, Malawi, DRC etc… You will also enjoy native food around here as there a small to medium scale restaurant commonly known as mgahawa in Swahili language. Locals are generally helpful in helping people get around.
